Buff Nail lounge looks great in the pictures but the service and the staff were disappointing. The ambiance, which was mean to be girly and sweet came off as run down and dirty. The receptionist was more interested in her phone calls than in helping us get organized. The staff was unprofessional and during the course of the appointment kept making ill advised social commentaries . It was not a relaxing experience at all. Furthermore, they charged an extra dollar for the spa flip flops...which is odd considering all spas hand them out for nothing. Plus callous removal is an extra five dollars. For goodness sake just set a price for a decent pedicure and stick with it and stop with all the nickel and diming of customers. Overall it was not a pleasant experience . The staff seems poorly trained to boot.    -
