This is my favourite LUSH face mask so far. It is a light green colour than spreads smoothly and coats easily. It dries to a dark green, and I splash my face with water to make it malleable again and give it a scrub before rinsing it off. The bits of ground almond are a wonderful exfoliant. It rinses off cleanly, unlike a few other masks from LUSH that use talc and contain a clay that leaves a horrid grey residue. My face always feels so smooth after, and in the morning my acne has calmed substantially. This is a must try for anyone with blemishes and combination oily/dry skin! I have an oily T-zone and chin, but dry cheeks; combining this product with others in my LUSH skin care arsenal has really given my skin a 180 (well, maybe a 150... I still do get a couple spots here and there, but we're on the right track though!).
The only reason that I did not give 5 stars for price is because of the expiry; I feel that you have a chance of losing your money if this expires before you have a chance to use it all. Fresh face masks have an expiry date of about 3 weeks. Please note that stores only receive this from distribution after 1 week is already up, which gives you only 2 weeks to use it, and that is if you buy it the day that it hits the salesfloor. It is not something that can or should be used daily either. You can get about 4-6 uses from any given pot, so plan your nights wisely, or else you might have to pitch the product!
Keep the container though- If you bring back 5 black pots, you will get a FREE Fresh Face Mask!

This product is specially designed for African-American or "Black" hair so put away your Ice Shine, Thick Hair, or Curly Hair Pantene products and pick this up! Being of Caribbean decent and constantly struggling to find good product for my thick hair (you know, Brillo pad afro-if-it-gets-wet-hair), this was a fabulous find for me. It is hard to find out of the US, but if you are in Toronto you can score this amazing line at a wonderful outlet on the corner of Keele St and Sheppard Ave W called the Beauty Supply Warehouse- a utopia for anything "Black". They sell it for $8.99-$9.99
I have tried just about everything for my hair and nothing has really worked as well as Pantene Relaxed and Natural. It is very moisturizing without being too heavy. I wash my hair with this every week (Conditioning every week and shampooing and conditioning every other week) and this seems to be the best balance to avoid breakage and dry scalp. I also use the Relaxed and Natural Daily Moisturizer frequently and my hair is much stronger and softer. It does not leave as much build up as other product and a little does go a long way if used correctly.
Pantene Relaxed and Natural line comes in Breakage Defense, Intensive Moisturizing, and Dandruff Control. I would say they are a definite must try if you are looking for a non-greasy way to strengthen and soften your hair. It has a nice Pantene-esque fragrance and I do wish it would be carried in drug stores everywhere.

I must say this is one of the best mascaras I have ever used.
I will admit it is rather pricey, which I was put off by initially, but after trying it I would say it is worth every penny. My only complaint is that you must hold down the button constantly in order for the vibration feature to work. Once you get the hang of that- I recommend holding it down with your thumb rather than your forefinger- there really is nothing to complain about.
In just one coat of Maybelline Pulse Perfection I was able to achieve the volume and length I desired. The trick I found was to place the brush at the roots of your lashes, and then hold down the button and slowly move the brush upwards and outwards. This will give you fantastic coverage and curl. The mascara is very long lasting- one application of the waterproof version has lasted me 2 full days, although it is a very good idea to take it off before bed.
I will definitely buy this product again in the future

I bought this product today because the shelf life of my Maybelline Pulse Perfection mascara was nearing it's end (That's right ladies, mascara should be tossed every 4-6 months as described on the bottom of your tube. If not, you will not get the length or volume promised, you'll get tons of clumps, and of course, loads of bacteria). I picked up Lashblast finally intending to take the plunge into a different brand after hearing so many raves. Unfortunately, I wish I had stuck with my Maybelline.
Lashblash did nothing for my lashes on the first coat. No, it has taken four coats for my lashes to look even close to 'voluminous', and still far from lengthy - something that was achieved though one coat of my Maybelline. My lashes are clumpy and the coat is very sticky (possibly due to multiple applications, but who knows). The wand is very large as well, leading to ugly black streaks across your eye lids while you try to reach those tiny lash roots.
All in all, I do not feel this product is worth the price charged for it. I grabbed this one on sale, so I do not feel as ripped off as I might have. Unfortunately mascara is all about trial and error- what may work for 99 others may not work for you, and the only way to determine that is to take the plunge into the unknown.
I for one will be going back to my Pulse Perfection.

Welcome to one of the few places in Toronto to find DD plus bras. Unfortunately, the ROTTEN customer service far outweighs the advantages of a good bra fitting.
I have been to both stores, and by far the one on Bloor is the way to go! The associates at the Yonge location are terribly rude. Forget about walk-ins, if you want them to give you the time of day you must sign up for a bra fitting- contrary to their website. I walked in to try on a bra, because thankfully I am one of the 20% who know my proper bra size. When I asked one of the available associates if she had any black balconettes in my size I was rudely told "I can't help you. If you need help you need to sign up for a fitting and wait in the line". Then I was reminded as I was leaving that I MUST sign up for a bra fitting if I need help next time.
If you want to go to this store and have them help you, make sure you come in with no knowledge of bras and be ready to wait at least 45 minutes for help. Also, be prepared to drop a pretty penny, their bras range from $50- $200 . Also, if you want a bag to carry your personal undergarments, be prepared to cough up another $5 for a bag. I was conveniently told they no longer carry anything other than their reusable bags.
When I wrote an email about my terrible experience this is the replay I recieved:
" I am sorry you have had a poor experience at our store. Everyone does have an off day as we are all human.
In your situation the problem comes up when other women have been on the waiting list for some time and you go in front of them and take up the fitter's time. I understand you know your size but someone still has to get the bra for you. While a fitter is with one customer, she has much to concentrate on and this can throw off another customer's experience.
While I was not there to see what the situation was, the list is for anyone who would like to try on bras for the simple reason that someone has to get the bras for them, then often adjust the straps and get a new size. We are a bra fitting shop not a lingerie store and therefore cannot be self serve.
I understand if you do not want to shop at our store anymore. However, you are able to make appointments for Saturdays so you can be helped at the time you require. The service is excellent at both stores and we work best when the store runs the way it is set up to. Today, I hear was a crazy day and you just happened to not have the time and either did ****. It would have been better for her to use a better tone as I am sure you would have found more understanding if treated with more respect.
Thank you for your feedback, it is very much appreciated."
So, if you're looking for a "Lingerie Store", this is apparently not the place to go!
