It is stable during cooking conditions due to its high smoke point unlike extra virgin olive oil for example which releases toxins when heated. Vegetable oil will give you a belly due its saturated fat content when heated! Please please stay away. Other uses- body moisturizer (forget lotions- full of chemicals, your skin is an organ and absorbs everything!) antibacterial fighting properties (cuts, infections), add in coffee/tea in the morning for extra fat burning power, makeup remover etc. -
