They don’t keep you up to date on the order and/or substitutions. I asked for Italian dressing and rather than substituting for something alike I was given ranch. The pricing was incorrect on the website so after a 30 minute mostly on hold phone...   +

They don’t keep you up to date on the order and/or substitutions. I asked for Italian dressing and rather than substituting for something alike I was given ranch. The pricing was incorrect on the website so after a 30 minute mostly on hold phone call I was told they can’t honour the price that was on the website, but she could edit and correct the website. Thankfully I’ve only done two orders, both were inconsistent but I did them because I had two $15 off coupons. I won’t use them anymore until they learn how to do this better. They need to become more consistent and learn better customer service before I use them again.    -
