This is my favourite line of tinted lip gloss! They come in a huge selection of colors and I find them to be longer lasting than other lip glosses. I have been using the Viva Glam line of these lip glosses for years and they are still my ultimate favourite.
They are more expensive but the quality and range of colors they come in make it worth it. I find that most lip glosses go on with a very small hint of color (so that you can't really tell that you're wearing a tinted lip gloss) and the texture of the gloss is fairly light so it doesn't last long.
As with most lip glosses, MAC Lipglass is quite sticky. The formula may feel a little stickier/thicker than other lip glosses but I find it lasts longer. They are a great in-between of lipstick (which has more color but less shine) and lip gloss (which has lots of shine but just a hint of color).
If you are looking for a lip gloss with lots of shine, color and longer lasting wear I would suggest that you give this a try.

I have always been curious to try this mascara since it's ranked highly next to CoverGirl's LashBlast Mascara (which I have used in the past).
It's a decent mascara but the formula tends to clump and the brush bristles are quite soft so you have to be careful when you apply it (can't use too heavy of a hand). The formula has a distinct floral-like scent which I didn't find offensive but it is definitely noticeable.
It did a good job at extending my lashes but I didn't find it added a lot of volume and the formula tends to clump more than other mascaras I've tried. This mascara is pretty good but I still prefer CoverGirl's LashBlast.

I received three flavours of Breyers Double Churn ice cream to review: Banana Cream Pie, Chocolate Cheesecake and Dark Chocolate velvet. All of them tasted wonderfully decadent, smooth, rich, creamy, but not too dense or sweet and the ice cream was light and fluffy in texture. All three tasted true to their names.
The chocolate cheesecake flavour was good, but I don't think the flavour was as well developed as the other flavours I tested (banana cream pie and dark chocolate velvet). However, I enjoyed this ice cream as I didn't find the cheesecake flavour to be overwhelming - it is muted however (which I prefer).
If you're expecting a very strong cheesecake flavour out of this ice cream, you will probably be disappointed. I liked it because I found the mild cheesecake flavour to compliment well with the chocolate. The flavour didn't feel strong, heavy, rich or overpowering but the cheesecake flavour is quite suttle. If you enjoy a cheesecake with a suttle cream cheese flavour then you will probably enjoy this ice cream. However, if you prefer a very pronounced cream cheese flavour in your cheesecakes, you might be disappointed as you may not be able to detect the cheesecake flavour.
These are probably the best ice creams I have tasted in a long time. I also loved the packaging of the gift box that came with three cute round bowls and sundae spoons (plus ice cream vouchers that I redeemed at the store)! I had my girlfriends over who also LOVED the ice cream and we sat around raving about how great all the ice creams were while watching a movie!
We would rate them all a 8.5/9 out of 10!

The banana cream pie flavour tasted just like the real thing. The flavour profile is true to form. The ice cream is fluffy and smooth. The banana cream pie flavour doesn't taste artificial, dense or overbearing. Although the ice cream is rich, smooth and creamy, the banana cream pie flavour tastes light and refreshing. I do like the fact that there are crushed graham crackers in the ice cream (to mimic the crust of an actual banana cream pie). I liked the varying texture and think it works well.

The first one I tried was the dark chocolate velvet. OMG, i am in HEAVEN! This was my favourite out of the three that I reviewed. The taste is rich, creamy and smooth and the chocolate flavour tastes like a very high quality dark chocolate that you would find in a gourmet food shop. The chocolate ice cream is better than ordinary chocolate ice creams due to the richness and taste of the dark, dark chocolate. Sometimes it tastes like a brownie. It's smooth, and creamy. So decadent! The texture of the ice cream is also amazing. It's so smooth, fluffy and light - it would be easy to get carried away while eating it. =) Two thumbs up!!!

I received this chocolate as part of the product review club in both the Milk and Dark chocolate varieties. I was intrigued with the Mousse filling as it would be interesting to see how the different textures would affect the experience.
The quality of the chocolate is acceptable but I found the mousse to be more spongy versus airy and creamy than what I was expecting. I prefer the dark chocolate variety more. The taste is smooth and I find that the hard chocolate and mousse filling compliment each other very well making the experience very rich and satisfying. I have to admit that the chocolate is not as high quality as Lindt or Michel Cluizel but it also isn’t as pricey either.
However, the packaging is impressive. It comes in a deep set box with each chocolate in its own little compartment. And at $3.99/box, it's quite reasonable. The chocolates are rich so that you won’t be able to eat the whole box in one sitting.
It's more expensive than your typical candy bar, but the mousse makes it different and they are pre-portioned so you can just enjoy one piece at a time. I think Nestle has hit a good niche – somewhere between regular candy bars and imported brands with a price point that reflects it. And the dark chocolate variety does taste rich and smooth like some of the higher end brands. I would definitely recommend it.

It you need to find designer denim then Rainbow Jeans is definitely the place to go. They have the best selection of designer jeans hands down. Prices are steep (it is designer denim afterall) but their prices do reflect fair market price. Don't expect any deals (although I have heard that they do have the occasional sale).
However, I do have a BIG complaint about their service. Although the service was great when the jeans were purchase, I did have a problem a few months aftewards. The pair of J brand jeans ($200 ) that were bought ripped after only 4 months! Apparantly I wasn't the only one who experienced this because the sales clerk at another boutique store mentioned that there were a number of J brand jeans that had been brought in for the same reason. She said that there must have been a defective batch. I even contacted J Brand directly and they told me to bring them back to the retailer where I bought them from.
The jeans were purchased at Over the Rainbow so I brought them back to be exchanged. Upon speaking to the manager about the situation, she rudely said "there was no defective batch" and made me wait for half an hour while the store clerk looked through EVERY SINGLE invoice on their system to match the invoice for the jeans. After not finding anything, the manager asked "What did you want to do?" and I said that I just wanted the jeans exchanged (same style, same size). The store clerk did a quick exchange and I was out in 5 minutes.
Although this store carries great merchandise, the service I received from the manager was a little pretentious for the urban, hip, trendy, easy going fashions that the store projects. One of the indicators of good customer service is the follow up after the point of sale - not simple making a sale and then being rude and not caring about the customer afterwards. My experience at this store was definitely disappointing in this regard.

This probably one of the BEST hat stores that I have ever been too! (and i've been to a lot of hat stores). I usually find that hat stores lack variety and originality. Maybe it's because not alot of people wear hats so stores have to play it safe with the mechandise they carry. I usually find that the styles are unoriginal and old/conservative but not this store! The selection is huge and the hats are beautiful! The hats are current, trendy, modern, refreshing, classic and sophisticated.
The hats are more expensive then what you'd find at a chain/department store but I don't buy hats all the time and the one I bought from this store has gone a long way. I can wear it in summer and winter and it's a neutral color that goes with everything. Definitely worth the investiment.
All the hats are handmade and they also have a machine that can stretch out the hats so it fits your head perfectly. This store has such a variety of fabrics, textures, styles and details that it's the first place I go to when I'm hat shopping.

Dove deodorant is great in that it works and the chalky/white flaky stuff is kept to a minimum. Plus it doesn't dry out my skin the way that some deodorants have. It's hard to find a deodorant that won't leave any residue on your dark/black clothing but I find that this one keeps it to a minimum. Also, there is a wide variety of scents (and unscented) to choose from. Would definitely recommend! -
