I have been using this for about 6 months now. I am a student, in a cramped apartment, so every bit of savings and space counts. But I find I am alternating between the cup and tampons throughout a cycle, but I am using the cup more. As everyone has said, there is a steep learning curve, and it won't work for every person. I would recommend that you have patience and be willing to switch back between the cup and your previous method, as you and your body gets used to using it. -

But I have noticed a considerable decrease in sweating, so I think it is all worth it. -

I have very oily skin, and this spray simply keeps my makeup on all day. It takes about 5 sprays, and then the trick is to wave your hands to dry your face quickly. Add a setting powder and you are good for the day! I would rate it 5 stars, except after a little while the spray nozzle seems to produce a less-fine mist. It still works, though I would recommend rinsing the spray nozzle out after a while. -
