I have bought this product in the past but find the quality to be very much hit and miss. The latest purchase had crunchy half cooked potatos in it. The potato chunks were also much larger then previous purchases which might explain the fact that...   +

I have bought this product in the past but find the quality to be very much hit and miss. The latest purchase had crunchy half cooked potatos in it. The potato chunks were also much larger then previous purchases which might explain the fact that they were undercooked. My guess is that there was a problem in the process that day which slowed production. Then someone made the decision to change the size of the potato pieces but that they still spent the same amount of time in the cooker. Results...poor quality.    -
