I put my subscription on hold for two months and then forgot about it because I've been super busy. I didn't get any notification from the company as you usually do a few days before it goes out and it was sent to my old address in another province...   +

I put my subscription on hold for two months and then forgot about it because I've been super busy. I didn't get any notification from the company as you usually do a few days before it goes out and it was sent to my old address in another province. I had been ordering for a few months and always got an email prior to my shipment in case you want to make any changes. I didn't get it this time and almost $90 of stuff was sent to my old address in another province. They have refused to give a refund. They did give a credit, but I can't really afford it and I find the selection gets old and I stop eating them. As a result, I don't recommend this service. It's nice to get a reminder email before it's sent and I don't know why it didn't happen this time. Thumbs down.    -
