Love this gel! Quick and easy to apply, and stays on all day. So much nicer than the pencils or brow powders I've tried in the past. The brush is the perfect size too.

There are lots of NYX products that I love... most of them shadows and pencils. So I was eager to try this mascara but I was so disappointed with it! My lashes feel sticky for a long time, and I'm always worried that its putting black under my eyes. When I blink, I can feel the mascara sticking and it really creeps me out. I found that it did make my lashes look bigger/fuller when it finally dried, but not anymore than my two other fav mascaras, and they do it without the sticky goopiness feeling. For me, this mascara was a tosser and it found a home in the trash bin. Life is too short to have crappy mascara! -

This is junk.... pure and simple. The HUGE brush feels ackward and like I'm trying to apply mascara with a curling iron. Then, once you do get it close enough to your eye to get to the lashes, it makes them clump together and look spidery.
The only good thing about this mascara is that it was given to me by a friend and I didn't have to waste my money on it. After one use, it went into the trash.

I'm always on the prowl for nail polish that has staying power and doesn't need four coats to look like the color I thought it was in the bottle. I came across these at Walmart and the price was right, so I picked up two. Actually, the price was right AND they had several sparkle shades which I can't say no to. I love to put the sparkle coats over a coat of opaque color to add some extra WOW factor to my toes, and this didn't dissapoint. I bought Rockstar Pink and Shooting Star (blue), and both are gorgeous. A lady working behind a make up counter at a drugstore actually had to bend down to get a better look and wanted to know what brand it was so she could order it into her store. Seems to really last as well! -

Don't waste your time with this.... I had run out of my jane white highlighting eye shadow, so I ducked into Shoppers and grabbed Annabelle in Snowflake. It sucks! I have to put on so many coats to even notice the color, really dig my brush... +

I had run out of my jane white highlighting eye shadow, so I ducked into Shoppers and grabbed Annabelle in Snowflake. It sucks! I have to put on so many coats to even notice the color, really dig my brush into it to pick it up, and overall I feel I just wasted my dough on it. Maybe the other pigmented colors are better, but I find this one very hard packed into the case, no pigment, and a waste of my time.
Save your money at the drugstore, and spend it on Nyx, or jane.

I forgot how much I liked this mascara until I stole it from a friend who was way too overstocked. (So am I, but the words "overstocked" and "make up" do not go in sentances together in my world.) I used this mascara years ago, and have since moved onto tryingother brands but after playing with it again, I think I'm going to have to hold onto for awhile. Not saying I'm willing to switch from my Colossal mascara quite yet though, but they are pretty close in being my top two mascaras.
I like the big brush, the sleek black packaging, and that it only takes one coat to get all my lashes. If I'm going out, I'll apply two coats for extra length and volume. It doesn't flake or rub off my eyelashes either, which is a huge plus! I didn't find it clumped at all, and kept the lashes nicely seperated.

After seeing quite a few good reviews on other sites about this product, I was determined to try it. The package advertising states it gives you creaseless eye makeup and vibrant colors from your ordinary eyeshadow. It was definately still creaseless after a full day, but I honestly didn't see any difference in the vibrant color department.
The price is also a little hefty for such a small tube, but you don't use very much and I'm sure it will last me quite awhile. I did like how quickly it absorbs into your skin, as I was afraid it would leave a slightly greasy, silicone film.
Over all, a good product and I will buy it again!

The Good:
~Smells amazing.... I wanted to eat it on ice cream. Great pineapple scent!
~Price can't be beat...less than $3.00 at Walmart.
The Bad:
~Dried my skin out to parchment. I had to apply moisturizer three times! (No, I don't have dry skin normally.)
~Didn't appear to do anything great for my skin, but I couldn't stand to use it more than twice due to the extreme dryness.
I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone with dry skin. Actually, I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone period.

In my search for new make up brushes that were effective yet wallet friendly, I found these little gems! Why are they so awesome? Because they are self described as earth friendly beauty, and they definately deliver that at a price we can all handle.
They have a natural bamboo handle, which most of use know is a very sustainable plant, and takes more plastic and metal out of our landfills. The ferrule is recycled aluminum and the bristles are synthetic Taklon, which is 100% cruely free.
So after all that great stuff, how do they work? Amazing! Super soft, and they stand up to my repeated washings. I'm pretty picky how clean my brushes are. They feel great on your skin, even on my sensitive eyes and are great for blending.
This will be my brush of choice from now on, and I would recommend them to everyone, whether the "eco" part is important to your beauty routine or not.
