My little one is very happy with this toy. I think she would have been really excited had she opened it up on Christmas morning. We are getting a lot of play time out of them already.
This exciting set includes Gabby’s Meow-mazing Kitty friends, Pillow Cat and Pandy Paws, along with some super cute bedroom furniture and accessories plus the excitement of a surprise toy. There is also a QR code that links to a free Gabbys Dollhouse app.

I have been given the opportunity to try Colgate Total Whitening Toothpaste Gel Repair Reverse Refresh. I can’t speak to the whitening portion as I haven’t been able to use it for an extended period of time yet, however over all I would say it’s a great toothpaste choice. The flavour is a nice mint, not too strong, and the texture compared to other whitening toothpastes is light, not gritty and my teeth feel clean after use. I also like it has a flat topped lid for easy placement on the bathroom counter.
Repair, reverse, refresh with Colgate Total, the teeth whitening toothpaste that helps repair early enamel damage, helps reverse early gum damage, freshens breath and also protects sensitive teeth. Get 12 hour antibacterial protection with Colgate Total, a toothpaste that reduces bacteria on teeth, tongue, cheeks and gums and helps prevent plaque and gingivitis. This mint toothpaste has a flavour that will leave your mouth feeling clean and refreshes breath.

Two formulas contained in two separate vials and housed in one bottle. One side oil & one side gel. I received these samples in little disposable pouches that you crack and mix together. I imagine the bottles are easier to blend the product together before use. I did find it quite oily and made my face initially quite shiny, so using this product at night worked best for me. It did make my face feel very soft and smooth and I can see using this as a winter serum to aid in the dry Canadian winter air.
There wasn’t a strong smell that stood out and nothing lingering on my hands. Anyone who has read my reviews before know strong scents are a deal breaker for me, so no issues there.
I wasn’t able to use it long enough to determine whether it helped in any visible signs of aging.

Do you have a Gabby’s Dollhouse fan in your home? I do. So you can imagine her excitement when a Gabby’s Dollhouse Cakey Kitchen set from spinmaster arrived. We were given the opportunity to play with this beautiful toy, and it’s already a fan favourite. To start I need to say this was a breeze to put together. Took a little longer because I had a helper.
Included with it are a variety of accessories & utensils. It stands at just over 3 feet tall, which I was a little worried about as we have limited space, however it’s much narrower than other play kitchen and takes up a lot less space than I anticipated. It includes 20 sounds and phrases that are activated by pushing a button or turning various knobs. Most importantly it has an off switch. She was quite happy to play without the sound though, so if sound isn’t your thing, just don’t put batteries in it and never show them the on switch in the back.

Personally I found the smell to be a little strong. I could smell my husband the moment he walked into the bedroom. I do have sensitivities to smells, so if you do too this isn’t for you or the people you sniff in your life.

The first 2 modes I tried with my regular facial cleaner, and then tested the last 2 modes using my face cream after. My face felt amazing. It was relaxing and my face felt so soft after! -

I am not new to dry shampoo. It’s a product I have used in the past, but having gone to school for gerontology and having cared for sick family members I was familiar with using it on the chronically ill and/or elderly when washing hair wasn’t always possible. Being introduced to Batiste’s dry shampoo as an “every day” product is really a game changer, especially being chronically ill now myself as well as a mom who doesn’t always have the time or energy. I also have a kid who gets car sick, so I often carry this with me on long car rides just in case her hair ends up getting dirty and baby wipes are our only option for cleaning. This falls under my just good to have products. -

Trying for the first time Covergirls simply ageless lash plumping mascara which promises thicker, longer and stronger looking lashes in 4 weeks.
I have heard from other moms that they often only wear mascara to appear more “awake” when they aren’t in a position to do their full makeup routine. And as someone who has NO makeup routine I thought, sure let’s see what this does.
I can’t speak to the effects of the serum, as this is the first time I am trying this mascara, but for one day use it was alright. Photos on the left are my natural eyes, no makeup, no eye lash curling. And photos on the right are with JUST the Covergirl mascara. I wanted to see how it faired without the touch up or bling of other product or style. The first thing I noticed, the brush is really fluffy! Really big. I have fairly small eyes, so I did have a hard time with such a fat brush getting into the corners of my eyes and avoiding contact with my eye lid. It did however give me a bit of a natural looking curl without my eyelash curler. My daughter noticed it immediately (my husband did not 😂, he’s usually pretty observant).
This was not a waterproof mascara however it is available. That being said, I did try out and take a walk on one of our very humid 30 degrees (C) days, and it faired well. It stayed dry and didn’t drip down my face like my forehead sweat did. It did not fair well to me forgetting about it and falling asleep later 🤣 (husband noticed it then!).

These drops are nice and easy to get the number of necessary drops from the bottle into your child’s mouth. It comes with a pipette dropper vs the regular dropper bottle, so no more waiting for what feels like forever for 1 (or suddenly multiple drops) to fall out. They have an orange flavour, or as my daughter says “tastes like orange peels”, which is very accurate having tried them myself. Considering she has been reminding me to take them every day, I don’t think she’s too upset by the taste.
A beneficial part of our daily routine.
