I was given the opportunity to taste test for free the new Breyers Delight Vanilla Bean frozen desserts. I'll have to say it tasted nice and light. It was most definitely not as creamy as your typical Breyers double churned ice cream but it didn't bother me at all. Just the way it was hit the spot for me. Would be perfect with a warm brownie! It had a nice texture that reminded me a little bit of a sorbet but slightly creamier than that. I do appreciate that it's got less calories per serving for sure. I would consider buying it again if it was on sale and I had a coupon because the price point at $6.99 is a lot over my budget for the size it came in. It wouldn't be worth it for me at that price. -

I was given the opportunity to try the Motts Fruitsation +Fibre Tropical flavour. My 4 year old normally enjoys tropical fruits like Mango and pineapple, but wasn't too keen on this product. I served it at room temperature and maybe that was the case, or it was a little too sour for her liking. I tried it and thought it was okay, albeit it a little sour as I suspected but good nonetheless. It was a good consistency so I appreciate that. Just not sure if I'll buy it again if my kids have to be forced to eat it. -

Had my 7 year old try the Raspberry variety and she enjoyed it. I thought it had a nice texture, not too watery or thick, just right. It had a light apple sauce flavour with a nice hint of rasperberry. I personally found it a bit sour but I heard no complaints from my daughter, as a matter of fact, she had no trouble finishing the tub of applesauce. She gave it two thumbs up! -

I #gotitfree and was able to try out the Brilliant Red colour on my hair after using the lightening box of got2be. I decided not to use the pastelizer as my hair was originally dark brown and figured the brighter option was a better one. It was easy enough to use, squeeze the tube and apply for full head colour. I did find the instructions a little confusing where it said how to do the back forward with the fringe last. Either way, some sections came out brighter and it was a little uneven, probably due to my base colour being uneven either but overall I was impressed with the product. If I was more of a professional colourist it would have probably turned out better. I would definitely try it again for my tips or the longer lengths of my hair! I liked it! -

My hair colour was initially dark brown - almost black. It’s pretty much virgin as the hair I coloured had not previously coloured. I used the product on my entire head and although it was my first time using a lightener at home and it came out a little uneven probably because of my skills, I was impressed at how quickly it worked and the hair was processed. Because of this I left it on for the minimum time given on the box. I got scared of what colour I might end up with if I left it longer. Either way, it was a decent product and I’d probably use it again! I appreciate having been given the opportunity to try this for free. My hair ended up being a light golden brown definitely several shades lighter. -

Let me start by saying that Flamingo chicken products are my favourite. This was my first time trying the Gluten Free Chicken strips though, and I only bought them because they were all that was left, even though we don't normally eat gluten free products. The chicken itself was delicious as usual, love that it's all white meat and a chunk rather than minced meat. The breading was different from the usual, and since I'm not used to gluten free product, it tasted a little different. Not bad, just different. Not sure if it was my preparation but the breading seemed a little "sticky" it may not be the right word I'm looking for, but the texture was not the best. I'd eat it again, but if there was another option on the shelf the next time, I'd go for the regular. Either way, it was alright, my kids ate it and my husband did not complain, so we're all good :) -

I would say Flamingo is my favourite brand of chicken products. Price point was great as I purchased them on sale, half the price for great quality white meat chicken stix, thumbs up for me :) -

I even refused to share with my kids because I wanted to have it all to myself. It was perfectly sweet and salty! Great crunch! I wouldn't pay more than $3 a bag, preferably $2 ;) -

Mind you, I have a sweet tooth so the sweet and salty combination was great for me. But if you're one like my husband, it may be a little too sweet. He did say it was very good but a little too sweet for him and therefore couldn't eat too much of it, i obviously did not have any problems! LOL! Also got it at a great price because it was on sale for $1.67. Not sure if I would pay more than a couple of bucks, only because I'm frugal like that! LOL! -
