I haven't used mousse in a very long time and only ever used to put it in towel-dried hair, then blow dry with a diffuser for natural waves. This mousse was very gentle and my hair felt and looked great after using it. I'm not sure if I will continue using it as I either blow dry it straight or curl my hair noadays, but I definitely recommend this to everyone that dries their hair naturally and wants some volume.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hairspray. I only use hairspray after curling my hair and want the curls to last longer. This hairspray gave me lots of hold, but it did not make my hair crunchy or stiff at all. It did not weigh my hair down; it simply did what it was supposed to and kept my hair in place and looking great! Also, the smell is quite nice. My sister said it made my hair smell like shampoo, which is definitely not a bad thing. It wasn't overpowering either, you can only smell it when you are close. However, not sure if it added much body or volume as my brushed curls already had volume. Overall, this hairspray was very effective and I will definitely be using this in the future.

When I first received this product, I was a little skeptical with its claim that it is weightless. I have tried many hair oils and although they claim to do that, it still leaves a film of oil and your hair feels a little greasy after a while. Not with this product! I spray quite a lot on damp, slightly towel-dried hair and then blow dry it a little and my hair does not feel greasy at all. It is actually weightless and seems to absorb well into the hair. The smell is also quite pleasant and not overpowering. Even when I do not wash my hair for a couple days, my hair still does not feel greasy when I spray this oil on. I will probably still gravitate towards my regular hair oils, just because I've used them for a while, but I do love to mix products up and would recommend this to everyone that wants a little bit of nourishment!

I like the idea that there are oils in this conditioner. It says that this conditioner is "for longer hair, prone to split ends" which is exactly my type of hair. I do not totally believe their split end relief claim that this conditioner will help... +
I like the idea that there are oils in this conditioner. It says that this conditioner is "for longer hair, prone to split ends" which is exactly my type of hair. I do not totally believe their split end relief claim that this conditioner will help your hair have 90% split ends though. It also says it will help your hair be softer, shinier, and improved combability. While my hair is all of those, I don't really think it's any different than when I use another conditioner. It is a great conditioner for everyday use and smells good, but I just don think it's really that much more different than other conditioners without the liquid keratin and beauty oils. I would still recommend this product if you are looking for a new conditioner, especially if you have long hair and want to try something marketed for that.

This shampoo seems to clean my hair well, while smelling great! I would rather it be sulfate free but it seems to be quite nourishing so I will still continue to use it. I'm not really sure if I believe its claim that there are fewer split ends with using this shampoo. At the very least, I have a very nice smelling shampoo that does not dry out my hair! I quite like this shampoo and love that it has oils in it, especially since I have very long hair that is prone to splitting. -

PowerBar ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter gave me enough energy to tide me over until my next meal. I am trying to reduce my snacking; however, this makes me feel less guilty as there is 20 g of protein in the bar. Because there is protein in the bar, it fills me up and suppresses my appetite. I am usually not a fan of peanut butter; however, I really enjoyed the taste of this bar. It is super creamy and delicious. It does taste chalky at all, like some protein bars, and was very tasty. Excited to try more flavours and you bet I will be purchasing this again!

PowerBar ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar in Lemon Poppy Seed was a treat and satisfied my sweet tooth! I love anything lemon, so I really enjoyed this flavour. Although it is reduced sugar, I still thought it was sweet enough and the flavour was quite pronounced. The texture is very soft, so I was pleasantly surprises as most protein bars tend to harden up. These bars really filled me up, so I was snacking less often. I really recommend eating these after a workout or just as a snack. I will definitely purchase more and have already recommended these to my friends! -

Batiste Dry Shampoo Lotus is my favourite dry shampoo thus far (and I've tried tons!), because it is the most effective at freshening my hair between washes. I can go a full week, and sometimes more without washing my hair and it still looks clean because of this (all my friends were fooled). Although it is not tinted, it does not leave my hair grey or white after massaging it into my hair and brushing it out. It also smells fantastic! This is probably the best smelling one I've tried yet, so much that I just want to spray it to smell the scent. It is a nice, subtle feminine scent that makes me feel fresh. I will definitely be purchasing this over and over again, and will be my go-to recommendation for friends.

I have never used foundation sticks before and was a little skeptical of the product at first. However, after application, I totally get why people like them. This product was super easy to apply and leaves no mess. I applied it in various parts all over my face then blended it with a beauty blender. The coverage was great as well and unexpected. Since it is a stick, it is so convenient and travel-friendly as it doesn't take up much space. I had a few drier patches and this did accentuate those. However, while I did like this product, I didn't love it and will most likely convert back to using liquid foundation. I might purchase it if I'm travelling though! I would still recommend this product as it does work really well.

I really wanted to like this product, as I saw the potential in it. Unfortunately, it did not do what it advertised, that is, I did not feel any increased energy. As for it metabolizing my macronutrients, I do not have any real way of knowing. On top of that, the product did not taste good at all. I even mixed it in half a glass of cold orange juice to combat the taste, but I could still taste this weird flavour (it definitely did not taste like an orange flavour as advertised). It's fine if you plug your nose and chug it down and I would totally do that if it delivered the effects it promised, such as fighting fatigue, but I did not feel any difference in energy levels or otherwise. -
