from england and I've reccently moved here in canada with permanent residence. I'd love to try more canadian products. I'm a chef and work in a childcare so would love to try products suited to families and maybe adapt them into the food we currently serve.

I served sandwiches on this bread and the adults were amazed it contained extra fiber and said they didnt notice the difference. its lovely and soft and stays fresh for a while
