Having many cats is a big issue when it comes to litter box smell and I have always purchased whatever litter was on sale or a no name brand. I had never tried Arm & Hammer. Well I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. There is a specific scent to this litter, a baking soda/room freshener kind of smell but it is so much more effective in hiding the kitty poop smell than other brands of litter I have tried. The price of this brand is a bit higher than what I usually pay but I found it worked. My cats had no issues with it either! As it's a clumping litter, I eventually added my no name brand to the box and as a blend it still held up in masking odour. I would recommend Arm & Hammer clumping litter to anyone who has a cat, particularly more than one or two or three! Also it comes in a size that's easy to carry. Clumping litter is very heavy and even if I bought two boxes it's easier to carry than one box of other brands! Good stuff! -

Wow, how easy was it to order a very special cake for my daughter's birthday on line. The only bad thing I have to say is that there was just TOO MUCH to choose from. Once I found the closest location to me, I was able to scan the website for the special cake I wanted. With two days notice I was able to have special writing placed on the Blizzard cake of my choice and have it ready for pick up. This was an easy task and it was convenient to have the website. I have to admit that I hate waiting in line at the bakery and waiting for someone to write out a message on a cake that I just selected. This on line method was more to my liking and I could browse the cakes at my convenience. Again, the only negative for me was that I had too much to choose from! Ice cream cake is a nice change and it was delicious! -

As a combination of use with the Pro Health toothpaste and rinse, the toothbrush was effective in cleaning my teeth. I was able to get to every tooth and manage a good brushing. Soft bristles that didn't irritate my sensitive gums and the brush itself works just like most toothbrushes out there. I am an electric brush user so it felt like a downgrade to me. Perhaps if I always used a regular toothbrush I would have liked this product more. Overall however, I have to say that using all three products at once, (toothpaste, rinse and brush) I was happy and felt that I got a good clean and I was doing something to whiten my teeth, not just brush them.

This mouthwash was unique, the taste was different from all other mouthwashes I have ever tried, alcohol free, which I liked. After using this, my mouth felt clean, fresh and like I had actually done something positive and proactive. I actually liked the taste! The mouthwash wasn't burning my mouth like the strong types out there. I could sense that something had coated or clung to my teeth but in a good way! Give this a try!

I felt the toothpaste did aid in whitening my teeth, as others commented I agree that it didnt lather as much as other pastes I have used but I assumed it was because of the ingedients for whitening. I would reccomend this product as I felt if I used enough of the paste on my brush I got a good clean and felt that my teeth were fresh. My gums as well. I would buy this product if it was on sale.

There I was yet again, browsing with an itch to buy something as usual on a Monday afternoon. As I wander about the same aisle's I do everyday, a little blue box caught my eye. When I say I am at Winner's everyday, I am not joking. sadly, this is my work week life. I choose this over eating time and time again! The thing about Winner's is that you will always find something new each and every day, and today it was this blue box. $8.99, not bad....so I bought this new top coat that I had never heard of before. I liked the box!
Well I am not going to lie, the second I started brushing the polish on my nails, I realized this was the best darn top coat I have ever used! Yes, this beats China Glaze and Essie combined. It was the way the polish glided on my nail, although nice and shiny, it was just the right consistency. Then it occurred to me, the brush...the applicator, it was like a soft bunny! The brush was the softest most incredible thing! It glided like a dream on my nails. I never even considered how a brush could work so well. The bristles are a clearish white and just the right size. The polish itself was clearly unique, and now I know why....I checked out the website and CND is a shellac polish. Here is what CND has to say about their brand:
Shellac is the breakthrough, patent-pending UV3 technology that combines the ease of polish with the permanence of gels. A true innovation in chip-free, extended-wear color. Shellac applies like polish—no pots—just a bottle and brush. And removal is just 10 minutes! No filing. No drills. The results? 14-day, glorious, high-gloss shine that’s truly addictive!
What more can I say? The polish could have been from a dollar store, the applicator would have made it a million dollar winner! I think you get the picture!!! Maybe it's the combination of applicator and polish that make it so great. The quality of the polish itself, very unique. It feels different when applying. If you get a chance to purchase this brand, seriously consider it. I hope to see more of this product, I can't be the only one to be raving about it! Have you heard of this brand? After looking at their website I see that this was and is for professional use. Let me know your experience!
I give this brand a 10/10

The Balm is the Bomb Baby! GlamGal Beauty Review
I have come across a very good product recently. The Balm, a company from California, very reminiscent of Benefit Cosmetics, has a great powder highlighter. They say it can be used as a highlighter, face shimmer powder and eye shadow. I would have to agree! I purchased the face highlighter/eye shadow/shimmer for $19.99. To some people, this may not sound like a lot of cash, but for me to dish out twenty bucks means it must be good! I have spent some time now trying out all the latest in highlighters. It seems that this is a big trend for 2012. Most products on the market come by way of a liquid shimmer. The liquids they say are great to blend with a BB or a foundation but I have found that they just disappear on me and it was a pointless exercise, and waste of hard earned dough. I have tried the very pricey Benefit, Girl Meets Pearl and you would never know it was on my face, even alone I didn't like it as I didn't see the brightening or highlighting and it didn't conceal enough for my liking, mixed with foundation, you still couldn't tell. The Balm is awesome. I will put on my BB (I use Marcelle) and then my pressed face powder (using Korres) and then take my big fluffy face brush and highlight my cheekbones, above my eye brows and then down my nose and cupid's bow. The shimmer is just enough and not enough to look too done up. I find it somehow gives the illusion of a more tanned face...interesting! I also tried the stuff on my eye lids but I prefer my glitter shadows that have more pigment. If I were to not wear any eye make up I would use it then but that will never happen!!!
Overall, The Balm highlighter worked well and has staying power. From 8am to 6pm unless it's a scorcher out and my face has melted, I do see the effects. If I use too much I can feel a coating on my face and it is not dry either, a real test to it's staying power...moisture!
I give this product 9/10.

I found this cream and wanted to try something that was 100% natural. A'kin, it's free from sulfates, ethoxylated and petrochemical cleansers, parabens, propylene glycol, silicones, phthalates, DEA, mineral oils and artificial colours. All of their products are ingredient rich, vegan, 100% natural. A'kin's holistic philosophy is similar to the way the skin behaves naturally, their products are made using only the purest botanical (plant-based) ingredients. A'kin's formulations have high concentrations of pure active botanics, which make them powerful, rich and indulgent and ensure they deliver naturally brilliant results. I found the cream to be light on the face, not too light like there is nothing there, but just enough to feel it's on my face. My foundation goes on smoothly and I do use this cream with my BB as well. I like to give my face a good foundation before applying anything else, like a protector. I been using it now for 6 days and my skin feels quite soft. No irritation, no break outs and it doesn't feel greasy at all. I paid $14.99 for 50ml. I still use my smoothing cream with glycolic acid on top though!
The company is called The Purist Company and is Australian made and owned. The day cream I purchased boasts that it will improve the appearance of skin tone and elasticity. Akin Day Creme’s are rapidly absorbed, highly moisturising and enriched with the concentrated nature of Vitamins A, E, B5 and C and Alpha Lipoic acid, as well as Echium oil, which is rich in Omegas 9, 3 and 6 essential fatty acids. .
What woman in their 20's don't realize, (not all, but some) is that you can prevent a lot of damage and hinder the ageing process by taking the right kind of care of your skin rather than waiting until the wrinkles and fine lines appear and then trying to get rid of them. Be proactive and when you are 40, you won't look it at all!
I give this cream two thumbs up for being natural, organic and not too pricey!

I have a huge selection of polishes, it's one of my addictions. I have used/tried every brand on the market. Of all the high end polishes I have tried, China Glaze is the best. With or without a topcoat, with or without a base coat, this brand stays on my nails the longest without chipping or fading at the edges. I also find this polish stays the same consistency longest as well and doesn't get too thick. I don't get streaks when I apply it and I think it's the best on the market. -

I received a sample of this product and was pleasantly surprised at how easily it removed my make up. I use waterproof mascara and didn't have to work too hard at removing it with this product. It is gentle enough however that it didn't make my eyes water or become irritated as some products have been known to do to me personally. The products claims it is meant for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. I would use this if I wore contacts. This is gentle, non irritating and not oily. I don't like the products that leave a residue, this does not. A must! -
