I Love ILKB, I finally found a passion for exercising with kickboxing, especially the program with ILKB. The first day was so welcoming and it's evident that they truly care about you and your goals. Overall just a great vibe and the best way to have a good time while exercising. I recommend ILKB to everyone who is looking for a great way to get active! 5 stars for sure.    -
