I was super skeptical about a "mist" that would kill cravings. It didnt seem possible to me. It worked! I am on day 6 of not smoking and it is pretty well all due to the mist. Its handy, quick, discreet and very effective. I will for sure continue... +

The flavor! So much nicer and smoother than the original. I have tried this gum to quit in the past bit the taste always made me want another smoke! You dont get that craving with this flavor. Its just nice...and effective!
