I didn't like this item. I felt that the concept was good, but there were too many flaws in execution. 1. Too much soap is dispensed - which may be on purpose to encourage the purchase of refill bottles 2. Can't use my own soap - similar to the...   +

I didn't like this item. I felt that the concept was good, but there were too many flaws in execution.
1. Too much soap is dispensed - which may be on purpose to encourage the purchase of refill bottles
2. Can't use my own soap - similar to the point above, they are creating a monopoly for their soap.
3. Sensor is too sensitive - the fact that it is on the main body of the dispenser and goes off when someone walks close by is a design flaw. The sensor should have been closer to the soap nozzle and pointing downwards.

I think this product has potential if they make a few design improvements.    -
