From time to time, I have severe itching on my hands that I have been using a steroid cream for. I scratch until the spot bleeds otherwise. Upon receiving the ointment, I tried it in place of the steroid cream I was prescribed and I was astonished that the ointment calmed my itch and then it actually began to heal it, as well as the prescribed steroid cream. For me it has proven to be a lifesaver, I don't want to use steroid creams as they have a tendency to thin the skin over time. This ointment is just as good (for me) and I highly recommend it. -
Tazo Green Ginger Tea
The addition of ginger to Tazo’s green tea makes it both energizing and refreshing. I really enjoy this blend and find it perfect with a little swirl of honey. It is also lovely chilled.

Chai tea is my favourite all time go-to tea. The Tazo blend has a lovely melange of black tea and all the usual spices: cinnamon, cardamom and black pepper. But I find it too strong to drink black, I need to add milk which I usually do not prefer. Overall, I rate this tea as better than average, but a bit strong for my palate. -
Tazo Zen Green Tea
I’m glad that Starbucks carries Tazo teas. I’m a gi-normous tea addict and normally will check out every flavour. The Zen tea is a mild refreshing blend of green tea with hints of mint and lemon verbena. Truly refreshing!

I suffer from a lot of sore throats and I wanted to find something that would soothe my throat while being preventative as well. It just happened that I came across a stall at a Christmas market selling Beekeeper's Natural Throat Relief, and I decided I would pick up a bottle to try. Imagine to my surprise how effective the spray is, and it is also tasty. Since it's a small bottle, I can even take it as part of my carry-on luggage when I travel. This spray really works and I am grateful for having found it. -

First, let me tell you about my hair. Right now as I type, it skims my tail bone. It's fine, but thick, wavy and coloured. So you'd think that it would be somewhat... hmmm... unhealthy? Well, no. Like silk, from using Alterna Caviar my hair is in great shape. But the cost, the cost! So I tried Fructis Hair Mask - left the cream on for 3 minutes - and washed out. My hair was easy to comb, smelled great and was very soft and manageable. The only thing - it did have more frizziness than with the Caviar. But overall, for the price this stuff is the bomb. -

I purchased this cream to combat the scaly-ness of psoriasis and super dry skin caused by aging and our Canadian winters. Works nicely to keep my skin soft, but doesn't do much for the psoriasis other than keep the spots from cracking. This is truly emollient and I thought that I'd use it on my face, which is sensitive and combo. Not a good idea. Although I don't get zits, this cream made my face break out. When I stopped using it, my skin went back to normal. So it's restricted to use on my body, where it makes my skin soft and supple. I will buy again but never use on my face! -
Crest Gum Detoxify
This toothpaste makes my teeth feel soooo clean. The taste is very agreeable. I cannot say if my gums are getting healthier though. I do like this product and will buy again, just because my teeth feel so much cleaner.
