My son didn't seem to mind the taste. It is not an overpowering flavour and easy to use. We haven't really noticed any real benefits as of yet but it is midsummer and not much cold or flu activity and our schedule is in summer relaxation mode so... +

Johnson's Baby Shampoo
You can't forget the lovely scent. A bit more expensive but always worth it. Very effective and will always remind me of my baby boy. Seems gentle yet powerful.
