The shade Coral Pink looks so bright and almost shocking pink in the pan but looks amazing on skin. I only sweep my brush once and its enough for my face. I love such products where I do not need to go over and over to get it right. It also blends really well which is a huge plus for something so pigmented. It never looks splotchy, and its blends right in to skin. Initially, I did struggle with applying too much of this and then blending it out, but not anymore. A little goes a long way.
The formula is so silky and velvety and has a really nice scent. It feels, looks and smells luxurious! It lasts all day long and it quickly became a favorite blush of mine. I purchased this 3 months ago and I still have the plaid design on the blush, because I only need a single swipe of blush on both cheeks.
At C$44 for 0.24oz I feel this is going to last me years! My Nars blush is only 0.16oz at C$37 so I can totally see a better value here. Even though, this is an expensive blush, the quantity justifies it and the quality is amazing too. I just love this shade. Its ideal for every occasion and never looks over done. I love that it has a lot of pigment but still is blendable and natural looking.
Overall, I feel this is a great product that has quickly become a favorite of mine. I am so surprised that I like almost every Burberry product I try. May be I should try their powder foundations too, because I am seriously on a look out for one.

This is a pretty cool way to label all my son's belongings. I ordered the Little Kids Combo which included the 2 metal mini tags for backpack or jackets, 50 Tag Mates for clothing, 40 Mini name stickers for supplies and 6 pairs of preschool shoe labels.
I still have to test them in the dishwasher, microwave and washer to know how they last over time. They seem to be good quality and stick well. My son really likes his Fireman themed mini tags and stickers on shoes. The shoe stickers also help in telling the right one from left, which is awesome.
I feel that the price is a bit high for these labels. Even though they are good quality and stick well, I still feel the are a bit pricey. I have used Sharpie in the past to label my son's preschool shoes and it was not the best to look at but it still worked. Mable's Labels are still very aesthetically pleasing, and my son really likes it.
Overall, its a nice to have product to keep all my sons belongings labelled. I will recommend this to my friends.

I used the Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep for two weeks and my skin was much better before using this. The Vichy Idealia Life Serum broke me out on the first day of use and I applied the Skin Sleep that night and things kept getting worse. I felt that my skin definitely was more moisturized but also bumpy with clogged pores. I do not like that feeling.
If anything, I will stay away form both these products.

I was intrigued to try this out since it promises long lasting professional results. Its designed to reduce the discomfort associated with waxing.
I found the instructions easy to follow, however, I had to reheat it several times, during application. Once applied it takes a few minutes to dry/or start separating from skin and then I just roll it off. I found that it was slightly painful to roll off hair, but it was still better than the wax strips that give me a burning sensation! The results on me were not perfect. I noticed that it did not remove all hair and I had to reapply wax to those patches but still in vain, so I just shaved those. The hair that were removed were removed perfectly though. Hope that with continued use, I will be able to achieve better results.
Didn't notice any burns or itchy feeling after use too, which is pretty awesome. It comes with moisturizing wipes, that are good too.
Nair Cire Divine is scented with orange blossoms which I am not a fan of, but its nice.
I may purchase this again, since I am almost done with it and would definitely recommend this to a friend who wants hassle free, professional wax at home!

This is a very wearable palette with a mix of metallic, mattes and satin finishes. The texture varies across the palette - while most are tightly packed and highly pigmented; some are powdery and soft and will take some time to pack on the pigment.
The shades with the worst texture and fall out are Truth, Bobby Dazzle, Broke Down and Bondage. These shades are quite powdery and they just fly all over my face and my vanity.
There is a little bit of fall out and drier texture issues with the shades in the first column, thats where all the satins/mattes are - Undone, Downfall and DTF. Revolver, which is a black with blue undertone, is also a bit of a let down, with the fall out.
Other than those shade, the rest of the palette is perfection. Thats 11 shades out of 20 being really really good and up to the standard expected from Urban Decay! My favourites are Dragon, Herione, Vanity, Lucky, Reign, Sonic and Angle.
Overall, I feel this palette is very versatile and wearable. The packaging is amazing!! Its slim with a magnetic closure and a good quality full size mirror. Its definitely travel friendly. The UD pouch it comes in, makes it look even more luxurious. Its a stunning palette to look at and to use every day! Yes it has options for everyday looks, to smoky night outs. If you are a fan of colors than it offers very wearable blues, green, cranberry and purple shades to choose from.
The drier texture and fall out issues did force me to return it but the only reason I decided to keep it is that its a limited edition and its a collectors (read makeup hoarder) piece.
If you are a UD fan, you will enjoy it, but if you are just looking for an amazing palette, this might not be the best one out there.

Chanel Vitalumiere Satin Smoothing Fluid Foundation (CA$ 56 for 30ml) in 30 - Cendre is a good match for medium skin tone with yellow undertones. Its the best foundation for winter months since its formulated with walnut seed oil that moisturizes skin deeply. It does not cling to dryness on skin, instead, it moisturizes and makes skin feel comfortable even in the dry weather. Since I have dry skin, I would wanna use this all the time, as the weather in Calgary is generally dry.
Application & Texture
This foundation is so easy to blend, it goes on like silk and gives a smooth, satiny finish that looks amazing in person and even better in photographs. Although, I don't suffer from large pores, but makeup often accentuated or sank in my pores, making them appear larger than they were. I do not have this problem any more. Especially the bridge of my nose and cheeks looks like I airbrushed them with Vitalumiere! Its that flawless!
The key to application is to shake it well before pumping it out. I use a foundation brush, but it can also be applied with fingers. It lasts me only 5 hours without a setting powder and primer, however, with GOSH Prime n Set I get a wear time of up to 10 hours, which is spectacular. It has some perfume in it but its not that strong or bothersome
Coverage and Finish
I love the sheer, luminous finish it gives to my skin. Honestly, when I have invested so much in my skincare routine, I wouldn't wanna cover it up with mounds of makeup and if you are happy with how your skin looks, then this is the perfect foundation. It covers redness and a bit of dark circles but it wont cover any scars or blemishes. I use an under eye concealer with this. Its gives me just enough coverage to look like its my skin but better. Its perfect for day time, when I use a full pump for my face an neck. For night time, I build the coverage up by using two pumps and setting with powder. It gives me full coverage that way!
Final Thoughts
Overall, I feel Chanel Vitalumiere fits me very well. Its gives me sheer- skin like coverage, a dewy finish and with a setting powder a good enough wear time. This foundation has actually increased my curiosity for Chanel's makeup line and I am dying to hit the counter for a little more of Chanel in my life :)
