Great app! Very informative especially with tips on how to stop amd stay smoke free. Able to keep track of doses or slip ups (cigarettes). Teaches how and when the body repairs itself after quitting so long. Handy little things such as a motivational section where you can post pictures or motivaltional comments to keep you going. See how much money is saved...great to have besides just using the must alone or trying to manually keep track. Wish they had this sooner...the best part, it was free! -

These supplements are amazing! I had my doubts, coincidentally I was on the brink on another UTI when I got my Swiss natural Cran-Max in the mail. Within a few days of taking the product I felt I was urinating less, not waking up in the middle of the night, barely making it to the bathroom. I have less "ach-ooo" (sneezing) and coughing accidents than before. I haven't had a UTI since...great product to prevent the annoying, painful UTI. -
