Are you tired of having dry and cracked hands during these extremely cold winter days?
I can relate! In addition to the frigid weather, my job exposes my hands to harsh conditions, which makes them prone to becoming very dry and cracked. I am always searching for a good hand cream to help me through the winter months.
L'Occitane Nourishing and Protective Shea Butter Hand Cream is exactly what I need right now! This hand cream has a rich and thick texture, almost like a balm. It contains 20% shea butter, which helps to moisturize and protect the skin from dryness. When it comes to protection, I feel as though the cream creates a barrier on my hands, almost as if it leaves a thin protective film. It is not greasy or sticky, and it is quickly absorbed by my skin. I can wash my hands a few times without needing to reapply, as it stays on my skin for a while. I also love the 150mL size since I often run out of hand creams quickly. This one should last longer! Lastly, the aluminum packaging is great for easy dispensing.
I have dry and sensitive skin and I do not feel any irritation or redness upon using this hand cream.

Vida by PADERNO is definitely a brand that has intrigued me for a long time. I never had the chance to try it out until now, but I have seen some great cookware and utensils from this brand. I was excited to try it out, yes, starting with their stainless steel tongs.
Since I have multiple food allergies, I cook at home A LOT, as I am a foodie and want to have various and delicious meals. Cooking a lot also means having a lot of kitchen utensils. I use these tongs every day. They are really sturdy; I can use them on high heat or occasionally for cooking in a pan or even for serving. There is a locking feature that can be used with one hand which is very useful. There are no teeth on these tongs which reduces the risk of scratching my pan. They are easy to hold and manipulate and the food is easy to pick up. Also, food does not slip out of these tongs. Nice addition to my kitchen tools!

I had the chance to try out the NOMA 25 Outdoor C9 LED Lights, Warm White – and here are my honest thoughts on them. First of all, as the box says these bulbs are warm white, they are not. The ones I received are clearly the pure white ones, so I will review them as it is. This does not take away anything from the light. While I prefer a warmer white, they are not bad at all. I love the shape and size of the bulbs, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. They are easy to install, and the string lights are definitely ideal for multiple locations as they are expandable. It took me literally five minutes to install! I installed them around my indoor window, but a lot of places could have done the trick. This string of lights consists of 25 LED bulbs, which use 90% less energy than regular bulbs. They also have plugs at each end, making it easy to connect multiple string lights together! They are bright and give me a festive feeling for the upcoming holiday season! -

Flu season is approaching, and I am one of those who are still getting sick. Due to my weak immune system, I must always protect myself to avoid any complications. I also suffer from chronic sinusitis. Salinex Protect helps me in many ways. It protects my nasal cavity by creating a barrier and helps reduce the spread of viruses. I incorporate the nasal spray into my morning and evening routine to help prevent these chronic illnesses. I really find that it helps me breathe more normally and I do not get stuffy noses as often. It also helps keep my nasal mucosae moist, which makes me bleed less than before. I'm not sure if I get sick less than before, but I definitely get less allergies and I have fewer symptoms than before!

These bandages come in packs of 10, which isn't a lot. They are larger than what we are used to so I can easily cover larger wounds, which is convenient! They are waterproof, thank goodness! I hate having to change my bandages multiple times in an hour because I wash my hands so often! This is a really good point in my opinion. They have an advanced hydrocolloid gel pad that helps wounds heal faster. This gel pad acts as a barrier against bacteria and germs, while also keeping the wound hydrated. I also feel like my wounds heal faster since I started using these! These are also latex-free.

L'Occitane Hydrating Almond Milk Concentrate Body Moisturizer combines almond milk, almond oil and vanilla to create a luxurious and gourmand body treatment. This body moisturizer contains almond oil to nourish the skin and almond milk to hydrate the skin. After just one use, my skin felt smoother and softer! It also leaves a very pleasant scent on the skin, not too strong but very present. The body lotion is thick, so it is easy to apply. However, it absorbs very well into the skin and does not leave a sticky feeling. It really helps to hydrate my dry and sensitive skin! This cream can be used on all body, which is very cool! I can't wait to see the long-term effects of this cream on my skin's firmness. I also love that it comes in a cute glass jar that I can reuse after emptying!

I received a sample of PanOxyl PM Blemish Brightening Patches to try and give my honest review. These patches are designed to lighten post-acne dark spots and improve the appearance of pores. They contain Niacinamide, Tranexamic Acid and Vitamin C, which are known for improving and even skin tone. I like that they are latex free which helps prevent any allergic reactions. They are really easy to remove and apply to the skin exactly where needed. I have dry, sensitive skin and these are gentle enough for me. However, I felt a slight burning sensation for the first few seconds of use but nothing more. I do not have acne-prone skin, but I did have a small pimple on my chin at the moment, so I could try the patches on it.
The patches are made to be used overnight. They are small and soft enough to be unnoticeable at night. I do feel like my skin has improved a little, but I haven't been able to test them long enough to really know, as it states it can make the skin better in less than 10 days. This can definitely be very helpful for people who suffer from acne on a daily basis.

I recently got the chance to try the new Foodsaver Handheld Vacuum Sealer and I am impressed!
I always wanted to try vacuum sealing to reduce waste and save money, but I find that those machines are too big for my countertop, and I was afraid I would not use it much, because of the size. Now, it is not a problem anymore since this foodsaver is compact and so easy to use. It comes with a charging dock and the device is so small that it can be held in one hand! The only thing you must do is press the foodsaver Vacuum on the circle of those unique foodsaver vacuum zipper bags to instantly pump out all the air and keep food fresher for longer. It can also be used with foodsaver fresh vacuum seal food containers! By removing the air previously, those bags with those ingredients takes less space in your fridge or freezer. The vacuum cleaner is effective, it only takes a few seconds to completely remove the air. Also, it is pretty quiet.
I use this mainly to portion family packs meat that I love to buy to save money, in smaller portions and freeze them. This really helps avoid waste and freezer burn. I also use it to freeze things like muffins and cookies and keep them fresh longer than before while still retaining all the flavor.
If you are like me and hesitated to buy a foodsaver because of the size, this is a no-brainer. Run get yours!

Birch Babe is an amazing company based in Ontario, female and family lead, vegan, cruelty-free and all natural. What more could I ask for?
I was sent the Birch Babe Restorative Facial Toner for Normal and Sensitive Skin for free in exchange for my honest review. I have been trying the toner for a few days now - and I love it! What I love most is the convenience of using a spray bottle to apply it to my face. I mostly have toners that I must put in my hands and pat on my face, but this one is nicer with the spray! It makes my routine easier. I put toner after cleansing, but before face cream. It dries quickly and does not leave a sticky or oily residue on my skin. It absorbs in fact very well and it hydrates and soothes my skin very quickly. The texture is watery and light and my skin feels refreshed after using it.
I have very dry and sensitive skin. This toner did not cause me any redness or burning sensation. It is really gentle on my skin and I can use it twice a day, morning and night. I really like the list of ingredients in this toner – all natural and things that I actually know! Fruits and oils providing amazing benefits for my skin.
However, I find the apple cider vinegar smell a bit strong compared to the other ingredients. I smell a small note of roses and tea, but the vinegar scent is very powerful compared to the rest, making this toner very odorous. It is not unpleasant, but for people that do not like strong fragrance, it may be too powerful.

With a little bit of water only, it is really foamy, making it super easy to apply! This formula is super rich and creamy! The smell is amazing too - a blend of vanilla and almond, making it luxurious in every way. 🫶🌿
