I could have easily ate the whole container in one sitting but decided to eat half and used half to make a milk shake. It is very flavourful, not too sweet! I tried the vanilla bean flavour and I would definitely purchase it again. It's made with skim milk but taste as rich as a whole cream ice cream so it is an excellent product for those who are health conscious or watching their weight. This ice cream is satisfying to the taste buds. I recommend you try it! -
