I tried this recently and am in love with the taste, as well as the fact that it's calorie and sugar free. I also used it as one of the ingredients in a mojito and the taste was awesome, especially when combined with fresh mint.

I've found that if you take your time to blow dry it and make sure it's spread thoroughly it'll hold for a while ;maybe 4-5 hours. However there are better options that don't require so much prep time. If you don't do the whole blow dry routine then ACF has bad hold and it turns out clumped and flat. Hanz de Fuko I find to have better hold but it is harder to wash out. -
