If you have keratosis pilaris this is a must have! This was recommended by my son's dermatologist. Both of us have keratosis pilaris (chicken skin as some might say) on the backs of our arms. Daily use for a week and I don't think I've had smoother arms in my entire life. So glad to find a product to help my son at a young age so he doesn't have to struggle with this like I did. It is thick but I find it spreads best when you apply it right after a shower. If you're struggling with rough skin get it!! -
