dove nourishing hand sanitizer

I received this sample from Dove. I'm very happy I got to try because this is clearly the best hand sanitizer I have tried yet. The smell is amazing. Its a light flowery smell with no alcohol smell. My hands don't feel dried out like most sanitizers out there do. I recommend it to anyone looking for a hand sanitizer with a light smell to it. -

I tried this perfume for a few days and you can smell that it is a high quality perfume. It is long lasting and although the smell is quite strong when first on your skin, it does tone down to a nice scent after a few minutes. It is a mixture of Rose, citrus and Vanilla and it all comes out as a flowery/musk perfume. I can see many people loving this perfume but for myself, it wasn't in my type of fragrance. I would suggest this to people who love a fragrance that resembles white musk and a touch of roses. -

Got this this sample from sampler.io and Redken which is a very well known brand in haircare so I was expecting great results from this product. Well...I was disappointed. It might've been because the sample was barely enough for the amount of hair I have but I was quite disappointed. I like a shampoo that foams when its in my hair but this one never did. It wasn't even soapy(slippery feeling) which just doesn't click with me. It does have a smell to with which is, as you can expect from the name of the product, lightly citrus-ish which I liked. But performance wise, I didn't really like the product. I didn't even feel like my hair was clean. The conditioner was the same. Hair didn't even feel hydrated and I actually had to put a leave in deep conditioner from another brand. So, I don't recommend this personally.. Sorry Redken, I was expecting so much from you! -

I received this as a sample to try out from La Mer's Instagram link. It was a very small jar so my review for this product is for short term use. My skin is extremely dry at this time of year because of mixed weather( Atlantic Canada-Fall season). I tried on the cream after a nice deep cleansing. It is hard to apply as the cream is very thick and you need a good quantity to rub all over your face. Once applied, skin feels pretty greasy. I did feel like my skin was getting hydrated and protected from the cold weather. After applying my makeup(always light for work), I could still feel my skin was a bit greasy. A few hours later, my skin did feels soft and still hydrated and yes..I could still feel it a bit greasy. So, my opinion about this product is YES I love the product and would use it in cold weather/night cream but wouldn't consider using this in hot weather. I would suggest the other product that came in the package as it is lighter and non greasy. Also, is it worth the price? I don't think so. I had the same result and effect with a jar of cream from another brand that I paid 7$ at Shoppers. Again, this was a small jar so maybe the long term effects could do a bigger difference but from what I saw, I would stick with the cheaper brand of skin creams. -
