This is a great cleanser to use throughout the day. I usually wash my face a few times throughout the day - this cleanser is perfect for post workout in the shower. A little goes a long way, and the foam leaves my face feeling refreshed and clean. I also enjoy using this in the evening as part of my night time routine. Im 3 months postpartum so my skin is sensitive to harsh products, which is why this gentle cleanser is perfect. -
