I've always wondered what a good vitamin C serum would do for my complexion. Well, the search is over for me. I'm not the type to think the MOST expensive is the best. TruSkin Vitamin C Serum is affordably priced and so far has delivered pretty good results to my complexion and I've only been using it for 4 days and nights. The reason I think results are noticeable in such a short time is because I'm aware of what this kind of product should be doing. At first, your face WILL breakout where impurities are purged out of your pores and that's where I'm at right now. My facial skin and neck are super smooth and I noticed that upon first application. I do know that you can not combine a retinol with C, they cancel each other out so, I used a hydraulic gel on my face over the TruSkin serum. But, I waited 20 minutes until the serum soaked it before I applied my moisturizer. Which is the hydrologic gel moisturizer? Several companies make it now. It resins 1000% of water to your skin. Very important because vitamin C can be drying. My complexion has started to get that glow one gets when using a vitamin C serum. I recommend TruSkin for anyone searching for this type of product. The directions claim, a little goes a long way, and it does. The bottle comes with a dropper so you can judge about how much to use. The serum is silky too. I like the dark glass bottle as vitamin C should be kept in a cool dark place to protect its ingredients. Bright sunlight, even in your bathroom will weaken the vitamin. The dark glass helps but, still keep it in a cabinet. I will update my experience with TrySkin Vitamin C Serum in about 3 to 4 weeks. I will also be trying to provide before and after photos.
UPDATE: 11 Days of use. Ok, now, I see the glow people talk about after using a good vitamin C serum! Today, I didn't even have to wear foundation. I did use blush and a bronzer on my cheeks. That's it. My complexion has improved by what I can see 80%. Granted, I'm 55, this TruSkin vitamin " serum seems to have given me a younger looking complexion. I still have a few breakouts on my chin but, that's a good sign, the serum is working and that it's potent enough for what I"m trying to achieve. Reduce fine lines and a clear complexion. I use it on my chest or decalogue, sorry bout the spelling, hope you get what I meant, anyway, the fine lines just under my neck and on my chest do seem to become less visible. Update: the second photo of me is after using TrueSkin with Vitamin C after 4 weeks of use..I've noticed a much clearer complexion. I've also used a facial peel to remove the dead layer of skin so the product can work deeper into the skin layers. I'm super happy with the results I've been seeing.
Update: Oct, 25th 2016. I've been using TrueSkin Naturals Vitamin C serum now for several months. The longer I use this great Vitamin C serum from TrueSkin Naturals, the clearer my complexion has gotten. I'm a true believer that when a product works, I stick with it. The more I use a product such as TrueSkin Naturals Vitamin C Serum, the more I can honestly recommend. TrueSkin Naturals Vitamin C Serum does not have any off-putting odors either. The serum actually has no scent at all. It has a good viscosity so when you use the dropper to apply a dime size amount to your fingers, it won't slide off before you have a chance to apply it to your face. The bottle is dark brown too so as to not degrade from any light source. Though, I still keep my bottle in a dark place. It doesn't hurt because vitamin C does degrade easily. TrueSkin Naturals has taken every step possible to make sure each bottle is protected from degradation. Each bottle contains 20% vitamin C, E & Hyaluronic Acid. It can be used under your makeup and is best compatible with TrueSkin Naturals Moisturizer.
TrueSkin Naturals is 98% natural and 72% organic. Each bottle has an expiration date on the side label. Since I've been using TrueSkin Naturals Vitamin C Serum now for several months, I'm confident to recommend this product. I've noticed my complexion is clearer and I've received compliments from my friends how nice my complexion is. TrueSkin Naturals Vitamin C Serum is priced affordably too. You can afford to maintain this product in your beauty regimen. If you haven't already tried TrueSkin Naturals Vitamin C Serum, now, your search is over. This is the brand I'm recommending.

Since it arrived, I've been using this product twice a day for a full month. I really love the product dispenser. It's easy to use, always dispenses just enough, and helps prevent contamination. Once applied, the eye gel feels great. It feels similar to an aloe gel, but with more of a cucumber aroma. There is a slightly cool, slightly tingling feeling/sensation. If you apply too much, it will feel heavy and kind of sticky. I try my best to apply a relatively thin and even layer of product around my under the eye and also over my eyelids. It is certainly not the miracle eye gel that I was expecting after having read other reviews. The first photo was taken the day it arrived, Jan 22, 2017, & the second photo is from today, Feb 23, 2017 (no makeup worn in either photograph). Personally, I don't see a difference between the before and after. I wasn't expecting overnight results, but some of the other photo reviews for this product (with 10 days between images) made me feel like I should see some kind of difference. I was not paid to make this review, I didn't receive any discount on the product - I am just an almost 30 yr old female trying to get rid of hereditary dark circles and some fine wrinkles. While I will continue to use this product until it is all gone, but it looks like I am still on the search for a product that produces results... I will update this review once I have finished using the rest of the product.
2/24/17 - Quick update, the Base body Team reached out to me and refunded my order, without me even having to ask. That is very kind and makes me feel good to know that Base body genuinely stands behind the integrity their products. As far as customer service certainly deserves 5 stars.

For anyone out there who is considering whether or not to make the leap and purchase the iPad 2, this review is for you. If you're still debating between the iPad 1 and the iPad 2 check out my review of the first generation iPad right here on Amazon to see a discussion of its strengths and weaknesses with a number of people commenting (both positively and negatively) over the past 11 months.
Let me begin by saying this upfront, I don't work for Apple, I don't own Apple Stock, and whether you buy an iPad, Xoom, a laptop or a pad of paper and pencil I don't get anything for writing this. I'm not an Apple "fanboy" although I can give credit where credit is due and lately Apple has deserved a lot of credit for some of their products.
Physical Characteristics
The iPad 2 is absurdly thin. More importantly than it's thinness is its tapered edge which feels more natural in your hand. One of the biggest complaints about the original iPad was it really wasn't tremendously comfortable to hold for long periods at a time. For a tablet device designed to be held, that's a pretty big deal. Apple really has done an amazing job of cramming everything into an even smaller space than before and the difference is really noticeable when you're holding the device. In addition to the tapered edge, Apple managed to reduce the overall weight of the iPad 2. That might not seem like a huge deal to most, especially when you consider the weight difference isn't tremendous when you're already under 2 pounds, but I spend a good part of my day holding the iPad in my hands and the weight difference is surprising by the end of the day. The first generation isn't heavy by any means, but the iPad 2 outshines it.
New and "Improved"
Apple doubled the RAM in the iPad 2 from 256MB to 512MB. What does that mean? For most casual users, probably not a whole lot. There is a performance bump that everyone will see the effects of in things like loading times for webpages that are open in the background, but 256MB was sufficient for most daily use and games. If you're planning to use your device for some of the more graphically intense games the iPad 2 does offer a better method of graphics processing that'll help deliver faster images with fewer jerky movements. If you're just playing Angry birds and reading e-mail you're not going to know the difference.
The screen is the same for all real purposes. It is technically a "new" part in that it isn't identical to the old, it's a bit thinner and more efficient, but it's the same resolution. The Glass is thinner though, and this amounts to a fair bit of the weight loss from one generation to the next. In playing with the device it seems surprising but despite feeling lighter it actually feels more sturdy in your hands. I still wouldn't suggest dropping it, but if it were to fall the iPad 2 certainly feels like it might stand a better chance to survive. Try not to drop it though.
The addition of 2 cameras was expected. Some were a bit surprised to see the first generation released without the cameras. Whether it was for a price point consideration, or a means to get people to upgrade, Apple held off until iPad 2. The cameras do a reasonable job, but they're not going to replace a dedicated digital camera, or really even the camera on your phone for most still images. The cameras do a substantially better job with video, and FaceTime is probably one of the best reasons to get the iPad 2 over the original iPad. For those who might not be familiar, FaceTime is Apple's face to face conferencing system, kind of like Skype, or if you'd rather, kind of like the Jetson's TV/Phone. With the push of a button you can be having a face to face chat with a loved one just about anywhere in the world (provided they're on a wireless network at the time). FaceTime doesn't work over 3G natively (it can be used over a wifi connection created by a 3G device however) so you're not going to be able to use it in your car anytime soon. This is probably a good thing though. It is incredibly easy to use and if you know other people with an iPad 2, iPhone 4, or Mac it's a lot of fun.
Smart Covers aren't really "smart" but they're really very useful. Not only do they provide a stylistic enhancement of the device, but they serve a practical and functional purpose of doubling as a screen protector and stand in 2 configurations. You can find them in a variety of colors and from third market suppliers, and it's a safe bet that more will be out soon to capitalize on the magnetic sensors in the iPad 2. It's unfortunate that this same feature can't somehow be retrofitted to the iPad 1, I wouldn't have thought a case would be a compelling reason to consider a product over its competitor, but these covers are really so useful it's hard to understand why they've not been there since the beginning.
Multitasking Support
One of the biggest knocks against the iPad when first released was the lack of native multi-tasking support. Jailbreakers added the feature quickly and Apple soon realized it would be a requirement for any future device's success and released an OS update that included the feature. The iPad 2 capitalizes on that progress and takes it a step further with the increased RAM enabling more open applications to be suspended at once, and the time to open or close an application has improved as well. That said, even the first generation managed to open and close apps faster than most people would be used to on their computers, so while this is an improvement it's more akin to showing off.
Apps
One thing that Apple has clearly the advantage in for the moment is app availability. The App store has close to 70,000 iPad specific Apps, all of which will work on the iPad 2. The new cameras will undoubtedly see this list expand rapidly, as will the inclusion of a gyroscope for gaming and motion based uses. There are also a substantial number of professional applications ranging from document creation to photo editing and vector drawing. Chances are if you can dream it, there's an App for that (and if not you might want to get started on one to fill in the gap). The Android market is making a strong showing, and ultimately it'll likely be a strong competitor, for now, it still has ways to go, but any potential buyer should consider the strength of the application market before buying a tablet.
Pros:
Weight. Seriously. The minimal weight of this thing is by far the most impressive feature about it in my opinion. It seems to defy physics and logic that so much could be in such a small space working that hard for that long.
Battery Life. From full to dead my iPad 2 went just over 11 hours with the movie Robin Hood showing twice during that time, the screen at half brightness, wifi turned on, an Angry Birds marathon and a good portion of a book in book. That's better than a work day and that's constantly on.
Books. This is definitely a Pro, but reading itself could go either way. The great benefit to the iPad is having access to Google Books, ebook, Nook, and Kindle. This allows for some comparison shopping and price competition (although for the most part, they're all usually about the same). Reading in the evenings in bed is great as the backlight means you don't have to worry about keeping others awake, but the glass screen causes some glare trouble when trying to read outside or near a sunny window. If you're an avid outdoor reader the Kindle might still be your best bet.
Cons:
Still no dedicated USB support. While there is a camera add-on that allows for certain USB devices to be used there is no option for mass storage. Some of the Android Tablets allow for this and if you find yourself wanting to use your tablet as a standalone storage device this might be something to consider. The device can read from certain flash drives, though but is largely limited to photo and video files. Jailbreaks offer solutions to this, but those come with their own issues as well.
Still no dedicated SD card slot. This is troublesome on two fronts. First, if you want to import pictures from your camera you have to have an adapter which is just one more thing to carry around. Second, the lack of expansion means you're limited to what you purchase in terms of storage. I purchased a 32GB iPad last time and never filled it up completely, so for me, capacity wasn't an issue. If you want to be able to have your entire movie collection with you, though... you may want to consider whether the iPad 2 can meet your space requirements.
HDMI output. Really this is a Pro and a Con. The iPad does allow for HD output over HDMI but again it requires an adapter. All of these adapters are additional purchases for features that some tablets offer built in. This can be a pain, but then again if you're not likely to ever use HDMI Output then you're not paying for something you won't use.
No Flash Support. This is becoming less and less of an issue as the internet and web developers are moving away from Flash for many websites, but there are a lot still out there relying on Adobe's Flash to run properly (including a lot of web based games). Before you pick a tablet to consider what kind of websites you frequent and try and determine if they are Flash driven or not. If they are you may really want to consider something from the Android offerings as it is expected that they'll have at least some Flash support.
If you're in the market for a tablet device the iPad 2 should definitely be on your short list. If you're uncertain it is always best to go and play with these things hands on first if you can. Best Buy is a good place for that, so are Verizon Stores since they have the Xoom and 3G iPad. Don't get pulled into the hype and mania that comes with an Apple release. They're exciting and new, and they're impressive enough to warrant some excitement, but it will die down and there will be other products that prove a strong competitor to the iPad 2. If you're looking for right now, though, this is probably your best bet. I gave the device 4 stars, as I did the iPad 1. I did this in contemplation of the features offered by competitors that are absent from the iPad, most notably the requirement for adapters for USB/SD/HDMI. While these features are there, they aren't as convenient as in other tablets. With that in mind I firmly believe that the iPad more than makes up for this in usability, reliability, and design and in those areas far exceeds its current competitors.

**Still one of the only deodorants I use and I trust!**
I've used so many deodorants over the years, including liquid brands that you spray on and clear gel brands that are supposed to keep your clothes stain-free, and I keep coming back to Dove antiperspirant deodorant. This is one of the most economical and best smelling and long lasting deodorants, especially when I do my long yoga routine when I am sweating bullets for 2 hours. I still don't smell disgusting at the end of my yoga practice, and it's thanks to this deodorant.
The only thing you have to take care of is how you put it on because if you just apply it out of the shower and then put on your clothes, unless you are wearing white, you will stain your clothes after which you need to take a damp towel and rub it off. So instead, first, put on your clothes, and then just reach from above or below - depending on your type of clothing and apply the deodorant under your arms. I also apply a little too under my breasts and below my navel, but that's just me. This application - after you put your clothes on and with careful access - is best to keep you from staining your clothes. I hope this helps and please do wear your deodorant for a better smelling world ;)!

I absolutely LOVE the smell of this Air Wick Freshmatic Spray. Fresh Rain is the scent I purchased and it smells just like it does when it's raining! Fresh and Crisp with just the perfect hint of aroma. This scent is not overpowering, filling the room with clean, crisp fresh air with a single spray. I set my Freshmatic to disburse a spray of scent every 30 minutes and this can easily last a month.
All in all, this is my favorite scent as it is refreshing. I have the Freshmatic machine in my bathroom and in my entrance area. Always a breath of fresh air!

I am a neat freak so I'm always cleaning the kitchen, bathroom and the rest of the house. These wipes are so convenient and so easy to use that I even have my 6 year old helping me clean with them. The benefit is you don't have to spray and waste more cleaning stuff and then having to wipe up more than you need to. I love Clorox for a number of reasons, One main thing is it kills 99.999% of bacteria, kills cold and flu viruses, and kills Staph, E-coli, MRSA, Salmonella, and Strep. These can be used on almost anything that you want clean. Stainless Steel, finished hardwood, mirrors, glass, walls, and on everything in your bathroom. I will only buy these and I have my mom using them now too. The great thing about ordering with Amazon is I ordered these and the next day I got them. Now I have 4 big containers that have 105 wipes in each and now I have one for every room that I use them in. -

Our cat is so picky, she will hardly eat anything. But when we found Temptation cat treats it was love at first bite. It is the only thing she will eat. We went through so many cats treats before we found one she liked. It is good to know each treat has just under 2 calories, she does have her figure. Also, it is 100% nutritionally complete and balanced for adult maintenance. The crunchy texture helps control tartar. We usually pay $3.42 for a 3 oz. the bag that would make our 16 oz. Temptation treats cost $18.24.The 16 oz Temptations comes in a nice plastic container that dispenses the treats nicely. Also when you shake the container she knows its time. Buying it online is so much cheaper. We plan on getting them on a scheduled delivery so our little kitty will never be without. -

I have used liquid detergent and powder detergent from other brands and swapped to this one due to the better value of price per load. I have been happy with the tabs as my dishes come out clean without a weird white residue like the powder detergent did.
The tabs are great as they contain all the cleaner you need instead of having to squirt or pour detergent into the cup and either get too much or too little product, causing waste. Since you only need one tab per load, I know that I can get 90 loads of dishes from this one box! One load of dishes a day would mean that I get about three months of clean dishes from this one box!
The tab fits perfectly in the detergent compartment of my dishwasher.
► Do the tabs dissolve?
- Yes, they do. I have not seen any partially dissolved tabs yet!
►Do the dishes come out clean?
- All of my dishes have come out clean from using this product! I have used this with several different wash cycle types and have had no problems as of yet.
►Is there spotting?
- I have had a few dishes come out with water spots if I let the water droplets dry on pans or glass instead of towel drying them. If I dry the dishes right away, there are no water spots.
► Are they individually wrapped?
- Yes!

I've used PalmOlive, Ajax and several other brands that doesn't come to mind (my roommates usually buy them), but none of them can beat Dawn.
One drop and I can go through several dishes before having to use another drop (but that's because I like feeling the soap suds on the dish so I know it's working).
As for the other brands, I always end up squirting about 1/4th cup of soap during my entire dish-washing (I'm a bit of a perfectionist and germaphobic. I just imagine if food is still stuck on the dish, I would be eating spoiled food+soap+god knows what types of bacteria/mold still on there so I have to be thorough at all times with EVERY dish). There's barely any soap that remains on the dish after I wipe the sponge over it and I feel as if the soap didn't spread at all. It doesn't even seem to cut through grease as effectively either.
I've heard that it's not good for those who have really sensitive hands so bear that in mind. I would term myself as having average sensitivity so this is the perfect product for me.

We just recently switched to Gain Flings Laundry detergent packs. I had been making my own laundry detergent for 10+ years so this was a hard move to make. Once I made the switch to gain I immediately noticed a huge difference in our laundry. Our whites were whiter, our colors were brighter, our towels were softer and overall our clothes smell fresher and cleaner. The scent is amazing and lasts for over a week! I love that there is no measuring or pouring. All I have to do is grab 1 (if a small load) or 2 (if it’s a large load) flings and toss them in the washer. I am so impressed with Gain flings that I signed up for subscribe and save! I am so happy that I made the switch from homemade laundry soap to Gain Flings, I won’t look back!
I highly recommend Gain Flings Laundry detergent packs. I plan to purchase them over and over again!
