It is very effective as it has a 4% benzoyl peroxide concentration. It can effectively target acne-causing bacteria, reduce inflammation, and show improvement in just weeks. It is a little harsh on sensitive skin. I did experience some dryness however frequency of use helped mitigate it. I love the smooth texture that spreads easily on the skin and it shows significant improvement in my overall skin condition.
