Big Bone BBQ & Wicked Wings is an amazing BBQ restaurant/take out place. It is a franchise so there are multiple locations. I have been to 3 locations; Barrie, Newmarket & Markham.
The Barrie location;
There is usually only 1 waitress to work the restaurant, take out orders & the phone.
It's not a terribly large restaurant, maybe about 10-15 tables.
The Newmarket location;
There were 2 guys working there when we went.
About 12 tables max.
Very dark, dingy location. A bit of an unkempt, dirty look about it.
The Markham location;
Although we only did takeout when we went, this would be the best location to eat in at. It was clean, bright & had a nice, clean look about it.
There was one girl working the restaurant & counter for take out & phone orders & 2 guys in the back cooking.
The food is EXCELLENT at all three locations that we have been too. They smoke their food so ask for the smoked wings instead of the sauced wings.
On a Monday they have a special. 1 Rack of Ribs, 1 Pound of Wings & Fries for $25, all in, taxes included. Both my husband & I can share one of these meals & still have food left over.
All in all, it's a great place & would def recommend it, however I suggest take out over eat in. The food reheats really well.

This product cost me about $6 at Walmart.
After having been out all day & night I removed my make up with a Makeup Removing wipe from Clean & Clear. The cloths are like fabric & fairly thick. Unlike some other brands out there, this one cloth will remove my entire face makeup, even waterproof stuff. No need for a second cloth or wipe.
I then washed my face with E.L.F. Daily Face Cleanser (another outstanding product)
Then finished it all off with the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream. (Excellent as well. I have already reviewed it too!)
I woke up the morning & my face felt "clean". Some cleansers & creams will leave you feeling greasy or dry or oily, but this combination of products left me feeling fresh faced. I didn't even need to do any prep before applying make up that morning as my face felt perfect!
Overall impression - Have used this many times before & will use it again. The only other product that I have found that comes close to this is Nivea's Makeup Removing pads but I can't seem to purchase them in Canada.

After having been out all day & night I removed my make up with a Makeup Removing wipe from Clean & Clear (also an excellent product! I'll do it's review next. )

Then finished it all off with the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream. (another great product, I've done another review for it!)
It has the consistency of Gel & a little goes a long way. It doesn't get really sudsy, but it lathers fairly well.

Overall impression - Will definitely buy this again, but I still feel that I would need to use a makeup removing wipe first to remove makeup.

It is true to it's name & has the consistency of something between a Gel & a Cream. A little goes a long way.

I received this in the Swag Bag from the Dufferin Mall Shop Crawl so I'm not sure exactly how much this product costs but it was excellent. I like the feel of it on my lips. It's very moisturizing without being greasy. I used it before bed & my lips felt so soft the next morning.
I'm not sure how much waste will be left in the cube once I reach the bottom of the product.
It's small & compact & you can easily toss it in your purse if you wish.
Great scent & not a bad taste either if you lick your lips.
Over all impression - Will purchase & recommend.

So I have tried two very different colours. One is a deep, dark, brownish red - Wine Stock. The other is a light beige-nude colour - Twiggy.
Both of the colours looked great, however I have to say that I am not usually a fan of reds & therefore prefer the beige. The beige one lasted me 3 days, (I put it on Thursday night & had to redo on Sunday night, as the colour started to crack under the topcoat.) If you looked closely, you could see the lines of the cracking polish.
On Sunday night, I put on the Red Colour & had to change it by Wednesday night, but should have changed it sooner. As is always the problem with reds (or at least I find), as they start to wear off at the tips it is VERY noticeable. Not so the case with the lighter colours & nudes.
I love the colours.
I love the high shine that the top coat gave me.
I found that even though I had to do a colour change after 3 days that it still lasted better than most polishes & didn`t wear off at the tips as much as others do.
I was disappointed that it didn`t last longer as the label suggests. It says up to 14 days, so I was really hoping for a much longer wear than 3 days.
I will most likely purchase this again in a light colour, not a red or nude.
Since the high gloss mirror shine top coat I usually purchase costs me $9 per bottle, this brand was worth the price.

I have used Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser regularly. It's one of my staples in my beauty supplies cupboard!! It's got a great cleansing feel, fresh, no offensive smell, nothing too strong. It's just a great product.

This is a great little boutique store in the outskirts of downtown Toronto. Located at Wellesley and parliament you can almost miss it if you aren't looking for it.
It's a tiny little "London-esque" theme store. While they do have some British food, soap, medicinal cream etc... The majority of the store is home furnishing, mainly pillows. There's also a nice selection of mugs, magnets, notebooks etc...
Definitely a nice place to go if you like to buy "keep calm and carry on" type of items. But I was a bit dissapointed in how little of all the other stuff they had.
Definetly worth the trip if you are looking for gifts.

I love VS's line of Body Care products. I have some favs, like Love Spell & Pure Seduction. Pure Seduction smells like candy in the bottle! it goes on nice & light, not sticky, & it has pretty good staying power for a body spray.

I have many other Mascaras but this is always my old friend, my tried & true fallback. No matter what, I can count on CoverGirl!
