I try to use this app daily. Its affordable as it's free and it helps you track your calorie/macros and nutrition intake. Love how you can snap a pic of a barcode and the info you need comes up. It also syncs to my Fitbit so it not only provides me with my food intake/calories in it also tracks my fitness and calories out. 😀 -
Shakeology Cafe Latte

Out of all the Shakeology flavors I have tried Cafe Late is by far my favorite. Its not something I'd buy often as I live in Canada and it is very expensive to me. However I'm rating and recommending it to those who would buy Beachbody products including Shakeology. If you like coffee flavored things I'd definitely recommend this. It's the only shakeology flavor that I only have to add water and it still taste pretty good. The others ones I have to mix with milk or fruits for me to stomach it. I really dont like adding to much extra if I'm only using it for after a workout and Cafe Late I dont need to add anything else except either water. Sometimes I do add a half cup of almond milk and water and it's perfect for me. -

I bought myself this fitness band over 3 years ago when my Surge died. Since they no longer make the Surge this seemed to do what that one did. I love it because I like to go for long bike rides, walks and hikes and their is a built in GPS so I dont need my phone to be on me and it doesn't waste my phone battery or my internet data. I also love the fact that you can change the band as my last Fitbit I couldn't and when the band broke that was it. I do have a couple different colour bands that I use to here and there. What I dont like about the Ionic is that the screen isnt always on but I understand that saves the battery life. Btw the battery is charged by plugging it in and the charge last a few days which is great for me. Overall the Fitbit Ionic works for me as I just wanted a fitness band for steps, workouts, heartrate and GPS. I dont really use it for anything else even thou I can. -

I've been using this toothpaste for years now as my teeth were very sensitive and I'd always get cavities no matter how often I brushed or how well I brushed my teeth. Since using this toothpaste even my dentist has noticed the difference. I also like the fact that it's not too strong and it does make the inside of my mouth feel clean and leaves no residue like some toothpaste leave. -

Also a little does go a long way. I also love the fact that there are so many other uses for Dawn if you look it up and apparently it helps save wildlife. -
