It is matte, and it dries quite quickly but honestly it flakes and doesnt last a long time. I never wear this on a hot day as it will be not there after like 4 hours.

I have purchased this item multiple times and currently have many back stocked as i LOVE it so much. It takes off all my makeup minus the waterproof mascara. Doesnt sting my eyes either which is great

Lise Watier Portfolio Professional Correctors
The Lise Watier Portfolio corrector is my favorite. I use the Green shade on redness and purple under my eyes. They are pigmented and very creamy while not being oily like other correctors. Love that they are made in canada too

NeoStrata Vitamin C Concentrate
Love these. The Vitamin C comes in capsules. I find that i can spare the capsules by using each one twice before throwing it away. Just keep it in a sealed bag as it becomes less effective the more the air touches it.

NeoStrata Blemish Spot Gel
This Product is a very runny Gel and the product goes along way. I use a tiny dab morning and night for two days then use the Moisture infusion cream after to regain moisture as this product sucks the moisture out of the blemish to kill it.

These Q-tips are special due to the pointed end which has many uses. I used these mostly for cleaning up the edges of my makeup to make it look more sharp. Just apply Makeup remover to Q-tip and your good to go
