It takes dedication bug if you can commit for 30 days, it's awesome. You do the first workout video for 10 days, then you move on to the second workout and do that one for ten days and then the third one for ten days. I saw a huge difference after the first 10 days, huge! But only subtle changes in the next 20 days.
The first days doing the workout are so hard, almost seem impossible. But after a few days it gets easier, which is also a nice way of noticing you're actually getting more in shape. At the end of the ten days it's almost easy! But then you move on to the next workout, lol.. Good luck!
She's a bit annoying but after you're familiar with the workout you can either mute it or only listen to her voice and pay no attention to the screen so you don't feel like punching her.
All and all a great exercise to get in shape quick!

So you see me walking/running in circles around the house quite often. Havent lost any weight yet but I guess that's because I haven't changed my eating habits. Every morning I wake up and sync my fitbit to see how I slept :D It's cool cause it shows you how often you were restless and we're awake. I haven't had any false tracking yet, walking behind the stroller is not a problem nor is sitting and watching a movie. No regrets buying this at all. It's fun and motivating. -

I looooooove this toothpaste because it tastes great (though some might need some time getting used to), it does it's job and there's zero (!!!!) sensitivity. Baby Buddha organic stretchy carrier is amazing. It comes with two tubes and one wrap so the baby feels really secure and safe. Feels soft and stretchy, made with cotton and bamboo. I carried my newborn in it who loved being so close to mommy and being gently rocked to sleep by the walking movement. Plus, how awesome is it to have your hands free?! It's machine washable which is a huge plus. I didn't wear the baby in this till his toddler years, we both liked a ergo style carrier better when he was a little older (8 months plus). But all and all a great product and at times life saver! Only won't buy this again cause I'm not having any more kids.. -

You'd have to put on a few layers and it isn't as dramatic as youniques mascara but I like Mary Kay's way better. It doesn't look as spider leggy as younique and it doesn't dry out as younique. It's a more natural look if you ask me. And lots... +
