I was selected to review this - at first I was skeptical (I don't usually eat dairy/gluten free options) and thought that a dairy free ice cream would taste more like a fro-yo or something. I was wrong! The taste and texture were amazing, just what you would expect from regular Ben & Jerry's ice creams. The flavour was really full - the peanut butter and cookies were both there, so it's not like one overpowered the other. There were some really huge cookie chunks, too. I would definitely get this again! B&J;are re-defining dairy free with this one.    -
