Whenever I mention that I drink protein shakes, people often ask me why. I'm not a bodybuilder or even a regular gym-goer so why all the protein? Studies show that consuming 25-30 grams of protein per meal is beneficial for overall health. This yummy protein shake does just that. The caramel flavour is creamy and delicious.

At 160 calories, 30 grams of protein, and 2 net carbs, this shake is keto friendly, weight loss friendly, and delicious. The chocolate version tastes just like chocolate milk, I can't even tell that it's a protein shake. This doesn't taste chalky like a lot of other proteins and is very affordable. I love this drink! I am a fiend for regular gingerale so I was super excited to try this product. This drink is crisp and refreshing and not overly sweet. The cranberry makes this drink a pretty pink/red colour which is great for the upcoming holiday season. I think this would be great with alcohol, a mix for holiday punch, or to put in plastic champagne flutes for kids so they can get in on the fun! It's also wonderful to drink on it's own because the gingerale and cranberry pair very well together. A 12 pack is only $6 and it's easy to get at any store (I got mine at RCSS). Pick this up to jazz up your holiday party asap! -

This moisturizer is incredibly lightweight, hydrating, and non-greasy! It is the perfect summer time moisturizer. The best part is that it is very affordable and made with natural ingredients. It's also 100% vegan so you know that no bunnies were harmed to make this. The cream itself feels like a gel-cream hybrid which is why it feels super light on the skin. There is a light scent but it is not unpleasant and fades quickly. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated and supple. I am also very pleased that Clarins has released a lower priced, vegan and natural skincare line for its younger client base. I feel confident about using this product because Clarins is a reputable brand.

Let me start off by saying I love facial mists. So when I got this in the mail, I was over the moon. During the day, I use this before and after makeup, and at night time, I use it after cleansing and before moisturizing. The spray itself delivers a very fine mist which won't ruin makeup and won't leave your skin sticky. I keep this at my work desk so any time I feel a little hot, I spritz this on my face for a nice little burst of coolness. I love how this has no alcohol so it will not dry your skin out. It is made of natural ingredients and is vegan so you can feel good about using this product. The only downside is that the packaging of this bottle is a little weighty (made of glass) so it might not be suitable to throw in your purse. That being said, the packaging is so luxurious and looks beautiful on display.

I've used these wipes for years and now they come in super convenient single use packaging. This wipe removes every little bit of makeup on my face. The best part is the individual packages make it super easy to throw into your purse or gym bag so you don't have to buy multiple large packages that will end up drying out. The wipes stay wet and are super effective in removing makeup or refreshing your face. They don't dry your face out either so they would be perfect for any skin type. I personally love having these in my pool/beach bag because I can wipe away the sunscreen on my face after a couple hours and reapply, rather than layering more sunscreen on grimy skin. The only issue I have with this product is the not so eco-friendly packaging inherent in the design. Single use wipes in single use wrapping is not a sustainable move by Neutrogena and I wish the packaging was not plastic and perhaps something biodegradable.

Hyaluronic acid is a miracle ingredient! It provides long lasting moisture which is perfect for anyone. This hand cream is a gel formula so it absorbs very quickly and dries down quickly after you apply it I wash my hands frequently at work and this hand cream has become a staple on my desk. I definitely will be purchasing more to throw into my purse and car. The scent is light and pleasant. It keeps my hands soft. One tip is to apply a small amount because a little goes a long way! If you over-apply, your hands might feel sticky because the cream will not absorb fully.

Sun protection is SO important and this sunscreen makes it so easy! This sunscreen is gel-based so it isn't greasy like most other sunscreens. It absorbs very quickly and the non-greasy formula makes it sit beautifully under makeup. It also has hyaluronic acid in it which provides hydration while protecting your skin from the sun. Nearly all sunscreens on the market are not hydrating and so dry skinned folks need moisterizer as well. I for one hate having to apply a lot of products on my skin during the summer so this sunscreen has taken the place of my moisturizer as well. It is a chemical sunscreen so it doesn't leave a white cast which is wonderful for anyone with a deeper skin tone. What I love about this product is that it is gel based so great for oil-skinned people but also has hyaluronic for dry-skinned people. It's truly a wonder product that can be used by any skin type.
I received a free product in exchange for my honest review. I did get the SPF 30 and was delighted to find out that this product is sold in SPF 50. I will definitely be picking up the SPF 50 once I run out.

The scent is to die for! The bottle dispenses the body wash in a light, airy foam that you can use a loofah, exfoliating gloves, or even just your hands to cleanse your body. The great thing about the foam is that it emulsifies that product for you already so you don't have to work it into a lather. This is especially great for those of us who live in hard water areas because the body wash basically comes pre-lathered! The body wash works really well and does not dry your skin out. The bottle is a good size and good value. I will definitely purchase this product once I run out and am looking forward to trying out all the scents! If you have the patience for a peel-off mask, this product is for you. The mask, like the other products in this line, have a refreshing grapefruit smell that really awakens your senses. I tried to apply this mask with my hands and found that to be a very messy process so I switched to a brush. You can definitely control where and how much product goes on your face with a brush and can really layer it on (which is what you need to do for a peel-off mask). MAKE SURE TO AVOID ANY PLACES WITH HAIR! I didn't find the peeling off very painful but that's likely because I use peel-off mask regularly in my skin care routine and was careful not to get it on any hair. The only downside in using this product is having to wait over 20 minutes for it to set so you can peel it off. Overall, this is a nice peel off mask. #igotitfree -
