This supplement is primarily for the person who can only manage ONE vitamin a day. If you read the suggested dose on most of your mega-vitamins, they recommend taking three a day - something even the most devoted find hard to do. This is the most complete supplement on the market for once-a-day dosage and is suitable for vegetarians and individuals sensitive to other allergens. It is a food-based supplement loaded with phyto-nutrients and contains no GMO's to worry about.
Although I've taken supplements most of my life and am well "trained" - I'm human and I forget or get busy to take the recommended amounts throughout the day. Because of health issues, I actually take it as a supplement to my other supplements but take it first in the day in case I can't manage my other supplement later in the day. This way I know I've taken the most complete daily possible !
As an observer, I've noticed improved energy in my Other Half to the point I've threatened to take them away from him. . . just kidding :-)

Ok, so this is a game . . . but it's a GREAT game and very addictive ! Basically, you get a word on a card and you have five cards in your hand. There are four laid out on the table and you have to create a relationship with one of your cards to one on the table. The relationship can be size (bigger/smaller) or in/on and you compete with other players for creative relationships. They can challange and you can defend, but majority rules. If you say your "giraffe" is smaller than their "pocket", you have to come up with an explaination like, " My toy giraffe was in the pocket." They can lay down a card that has "kindergarten" and claim that the the pocket was on a shirt in kindergarten, etc. Once four cards are placed together in a particular row, a pickle round is declared. At that point, you have to place cards down that are "bigger than" until the last possible scenario from the remaining cards in your hand. The person who has the winning card wins that row of cards.
We play "story-style" and it gets absolutely weird at times. It forces you to get creative and there is an endless possibility of combinations with the variety of words in the card stack. I highly recommend this game for all ages ! It has won several awards for being an educational game that reinforces vocabulary and word development. And for you MissChickie - it won the Canadian Toy Council's highest rating ;-)

Having worked in a clinic myself, thereby being slightly jaded, and considering all my physical challanges . . . I was really impressed ! I called ahead to verify they would be willing to use one of my therapeutic formulas during my massage. It was kinda funny, because the therapist got a treatment also ! To explain, her sinuses opened up and she wasn't even congested when we started. She commented it was a "miracle oil" ! Needless to say, I was flattered ;-) I can not wait for my next massage with the same therapist and I'm planning on having an herbal wrap in the near future as well. I would recommend this facility in a heartbeat because they went out of the way to accommodate my requests. They're located in Gainesville, Florida in the Millhopper area. -
