Heats up very easily in the morning, and is easy to pack into my work bag for lunch. Working as a teacher sometimes means that I don't get the time to run out of the building, so having something that's filling, delicious, and easy to bring into work makes lunch a much better time for me. I could see it as an after work snack if I was feeling hungry, but I'd prefer to just have it as a meal. -
