This may be an unpopular opinion, but the fish turner is the ultimate flipper for cooking and baking in the kitchen. It is not just for fish, and while I like that this one has a silicon edge to protect my pans, I did find it slightly more difficult to get underneath the food items. That said, this is an excellent tool and if you have kids at home that scrape up your pans-this is the one you want. -
