I have never used a conditioning shake before, but it's a pretty neat product. Shake it up and spray it on your hair and just leave it. It doesn't make your hair feel icky at all. I prefer the regular conditioner to this product, though this might be a good product to use if you're in a hurry!

The soap has a creamy feel to it, which I guess moisturizes your skin since it contains 1/4 moisturizing cream! My skin felt very clean and fresh afterwards.
