I really enjoy the sleepy time tea but isn’t always strong enough. I don’t take melatonin as it can not be taken long term. I love Valerian as it is 100% natural and can be consumed as much as you want with no side affects. It is a plant root and a smelly one at that, thank goodness you just pop a pill or two. This keeps me asleep most the night and not groggy in the morning. I also gave this to my kitten when he broke his leg and it kept him from moving around a lot. -

I m super excited over this oil. I eve extremely straight hair and get a lot of fly always. I think this dry oil is excellent as it does not weigh my hair down, makes it shine and use it under my flat iron to give a nice sleek look. I can’t not mention how great the smell is.
On the down side, it is a little pricy for coconut oil.

I have tried numerous natural deodorant but this is one of the first that have truly worked. I also tried the rose but it is not as effective as the charcoal. I tend to use both together so I can have the lovely rose smell as the charcoal is not very fregrent.
