I received four patches of PanOxyl Blemish Brightening Patches for free thanks to @thisisbutterly and @panoxyl_ca, in exchange for an honest review. The patches are supposed to lighten dark patches that can happen after acne has healed.
I applied the patches to a couple of different areas on my chin and nose. I didn't notice any difference, although my nose did react a bit to the patch - I woke up to a slightly reddened/itchy nose. It wasn't too noticeable and went away fairly quickly, but I did not reapply to the nose the following night.
I felt that the shape/size of the patches didn't really match what I would want. I would prefer to have more patches that are smaller, instead of fewer big ones, as the darker marks on my face tend to be much more spread out. With only a couple of nights of applying the patches, I did not see any improvement, but per the packaging, results are seen in ten days, so I probably wasn't able to test it for long enough.

I received Tylenol Extra Strength Daytime Relief for free thanks to @thisisbutterly in exchange for an honest review. Each tablet contains tylenol 500 mg and caffeine 65 mg. I normally use pain relievers for headaches. I don't normally find tylenol makes me drowsy so the caffeine isn't really necessary from that perspective, but it is nice to have that extra boost when you are having a headache. However, I didn't like that I had to be careful of when I took it, because I wouldn't want the caffeine to keep me up at night, and I do get headaches at night also. So, multiple products are required instead of just one. However, this product is great for morning headaches.
It comes as a small circular coated tablet. Personally I prefer to swallow caplets, as I find them easier, but these tablets weren't too bad to swallow.

I was super excited to be able to try this product. Unfortunately, the patches really didn't stick well to the area behind my legs/knees, even though we made sure the area was clean and dry prior to applying. The patches fell off in under ten minutes, and we had to spend quite a while searching for one (wouldn't want the cats to find it before us!). I did find the patches stuck well to my arms - inner and outer. They weren't super helpful in terms of preventing itching, but definitely kept me from scratching at the bites, which hopefully helped them to heal faster. -
