The taste of the liquid when mixed was water wasn't too bad. It was kind of hint of herbal flavour. It was not to powerful or strong tasting you can drink it with water no problem.
I don't think I would buy this product though. As this is a morning drink it was hard to tell it gave a boost of energy through the day.

They were dense like protein bars and we quite filling as a snack and on the go meal replacement. I received the bars from Chick Advisor as a sample. I am just on the fence on buying these bars depending how much they cost in the store. -

Received the sample kit with the topcop and mint colour. Although I like the look and shine of the top coat it wasn't very long lasting. As this is gel type nail polish it peeled away after the second day of wearing as opposed to chipping. The mint nail polish wasn't my favourite as it was more of flat one tone colour. It was hard to get even an with the first two coats it looked streaky. This nail polish is on the expensive side so would not consider purchasing unless it was discounted. -

My husband liked this flavour more than me. I prefer the Blueberry and Acai one much better. Though it wasn't too tart and the nuts gave a great texture

The products had a good balance and the bar was not too sweet and the dark chocolate wasn't as bitter as other bars with dark chocolate. Loved that it had a good helping of nuts in the bar.
