I use Jamieson almost exclusively for Vit D. They have a very high absorption rate! My blood work is checked quite frequently and when I skimp out and use a cheaper brand even though they have same IU the absorption is quite different. I would love it if they came out with a bigger bottle for added value as I take 5,000 IU a day so I go through my bottles quite fast. -
COVERGIRL LashBlast Volume Mascara
When you consider the price this was an amazing product. It is my "main" mascara now (along with my younique 3D for special occasions). No clumps, straight forward length and definition which I desperately need!

COVERGIRL Outlast Lipstain
I found that this actually dried my lips and didn't stain very effectively. The smell was not something I wanted to keep using that is for sure. I tend to like CoverGirl products, but this one wasn't my favorite. :(

I figured I put it on like my regular mascara and that is not the case. It will make the a world of difference for you if you take advantage. -
