Worst Experience Ever!

I would never shop at this place again. The owner is rude, doesn't allow you to talk and everything you say is wrong. She is always right. I guess things changed from the customer is always right to the annoying owner is always right.

I bought two dresses there and paid a pretty penny for them. I was told they were going to order two new dresses for me. After almost 2 months from the time I ordered it they finally told me they arrived. Low and behold when I went there they were not new dresses at all the were the ones that I had originaly tried on in the store that I paid full price for.

After a bit of aruguing they told me they will order me a new one., Well amazingly the new one arrived in less than a week. Wow what happend during the two months earlier. Well thats when the horror begins. The dresses need alterations, they were not ready when they were promised, and then when they were ready it wasn't even done right. I could have done it better and I don't even know how to sew. I am not sure that the seamstresses they have are even qualified and if they are they must be on something.

This was a horrible expeirence that I never want to go through again and hope that no one else ever has to go through. Stay away from them, everything they sell you can find elsewhere and get much better service. This lady needs to learn that you don't treat your customers like she does.    -
