I rarely buy lipstick but wanted to try this one, so I chose "Sweet Tart". It's a really nice pink, not too bright but still pretty and eye catching. I bought it to wear in the summer, but it's still great year round, and for regular days as well as special occasions.
The formula is really decent, which makes it stand out from other lip products I've tried. It definitely feels a bit like a lip balm, but still creamy and with good coverage. It's moisturizing though, or at least doesn't start to feel dried out on your lips after time. Plus it has just enough shine, without looking like a gloss.
It isn't the longest lasting lip product out there - after sipping drinks, etc it comes off, so you'll have to reapply as needed. But that's not a huge deal for me at all.
I have a hard time getting the lid off of mine easily, which is annoying but still more of a pro than con, because I know it'll stay put if I throw it in my purse.
I'd really like to try some of the other Colorburst Lip Butter shades as well, and am glad I decided to purchase this one despite not being a fan of most lipsticks.

I don't want to rate this too poorly, because even though I don't like it I still think it could work for others.
I used Proactiv for the past year, because I've been getting way more breakouts than usual. At first, it seemed to clear my skin up, but at the same time it felt really harsh. My skin looked red and irritated, and I started getting dry patches in areas like my nose, eyebrows and chin. I thought maybe I needed to only use it once a day, or once every other day, so I tried that, and it felt a bit better on my skin but didn't help as much with blemishes!
Once summer came around it seemed like the Proactiv products didn't feel so irritating, and I started using it twice every day again, even though it wasn't really giving me clearer skin. But now that the seasons are changing back to cooler weather, my skin is starting to feel so dry every time I use this stuff. SO I've finally decided to stop using it all together - after a year of results that just aren't very good, I think I've given these products a fair trial and they definitely aren't for me.
One thing that I know Proactiv needs to work on is their call centres and customer service. I've had such a hard time trying to get ahold of customer service to access my online account (which they told me is sketchy, and to just keep trying and eventually it MIGHT work), as well as trying to cancel my subscription (I was on the phone with 2 different reps, who said they were working on cancelling my orders, when I was put on hold again and then told to leave my name and number and they would call me back within 24 hours, which they haven't!). It definitely isn't the best service around.
Overall, I suggest trying Proactiv if you are having a hard time finding something for your skin, but I would probably just buy it from a kiosk instead of ordering it.

I was hoping this would give my hair a little bit of shine and maybe help make it smoother when I blow dry it. I figured for the price, I couldn't go wrong. But this product definitely didn't give me any more shine than my hair already has, and it actually looked a bit dried out after styling, with more flyaways, which I've never had before!
Also, the spray nozzle (at least on my bottle) does NOT work! It squirts the product out onto my hair, exactly where I spray it, instead of at least distributing the product out a little more evenly. After trying it a few times, I had to just spray the product into my hand and apply it myself, which is annoying because the product is watery (hence why it needs to be sprayed on lol).
My hair is pretty thick, so I could maybe see this working for others with lighter hair. But I definitely won't be using this anymore, unfortunately.

I love the fresh lemony scent most of all. I do think the packaging is misleading, as it's called a cream but looks and feels more like a lip balm. Regardless of that, it works well! (I think the 'balm'yness of it is better than a cream anyways.)
It feels moisturizing and seems to help keep my cuticles healthy and looking nice. And of course I love that it has natural components like sweet almond oil, lemon oil, beeswax and cocoa seed butter.
This is another decent Burt's Bees product! Definitely recommend having a tin of this around to keep your nails healthy and moisturized.

I've been painting my nails alot more often these days, (like a few times a week), but I hate waiting around for my nails to dry completely. I always do a base coat and usually 2 coats of polish, and then a top coat as well. With all those steps, I also try to make sure my nails are completely dry in between coats, and even with fast-drying polishes and making sure to not apply it too thickly, it still takes forever! So I decided to get myself something that would help speed up the process, and Essie's Good To Go had some decent reviews, plus I knew it was easy to get where I live.
I did a top coat on my toes with this, and then my fingernails, and by the time I had finished my hands all of my toes were dry. It was so quick, and as a topcoat itself this lived up to my expectations - a good brush so it's easy to apply, and the polish protects the nails really well from chipping, etc.
I know there are other quick-dry top coats out there, but I am happy with this and can see myself buying it again after this bottle is finished.

I don't usually use makeup remover all over my face like this, mainly because I worry that it will make me break out. But I tried these several times now, more so on days that I've worn more makeup than usual, and they haven't caused any problems with my skin at all.
These work really well at removing all makeup, while still being very gentle. I love that they don't really have much of a scent, and they don't feel too greasy. (However, the package says that you can use these without even rinsing your skin afterwards, but I still prefer to use these and then cleanse as usual because I do feel a bit of residue.)
Another thing I like about these makeup removers is the size of the cloths. They're bigger than any other cleansing cloths I've tried, so it's easy to make sure there are no traces of makeup left on your face without using more than one wipe!
Overall, these are some of the best makeup removing cloths that I've come across so far - they're gentle and effective, don't irritate my skin at all and are a good value for the price.

Our family usually buys the Original pancake mixes from Aunt Jemima, but I needed some mix to bring camping recently and decided to try this and see if the buttermilk made any difference.
I was really happy I bought this mix instead because the pancakes we made with it were so good! I didn't use a measuring cup or anything, just made up a batch of the mix with some water and added more of each until the consistency looked right, and they were some of the best pancakes I've made. They cooked up easily and were fluffier than the Original mix too, which I think made a big difference.
I'm definitely going to keep getting the Buttermilk mixes from now on. These were way better than the original and still super easy to make. I love how much simpler it is to get creative when you use mixes, because you have more time and less clean up - we usually add blueberries to our pancakes but there are tons of other yummy things you could add too.

Neutrogena sent out samples & coupons recently and I got a sample bottle of this, just in time for some really hot weather. I've tried the UltraSheer Water-Light Daily sunscreen before (courtesy of Product Review Club!) so it was interesting to compare the two slightly different formulas.
It's a really reliable sunscreen - it doesn't feel too greasy on my face, works well under my makeup, and does a great job of protecting my skin.
I find that this formula (compared to the Water-Light) is a bit thicker and not as easy to spread around, but it's still pretty easy to work with. It doesn't leavy any white residue, and definitely has that 'dry-touch' factor. It can feel a tiny bit greasy still, when I first put it on, but after applying a little face powder I can't tell that I'm wearing sunscreen on my face at all.
Neutrogena UltraSheer sunscreens are definitely my favourites to use on my face - they feel alot more natural than other sunscreens even on combo/oily skin, making it easy to stay protected from sunburn.

My all time favourite lip balm has been Burts Bees for a long time, but I still like to try out other kinds. I went for this because it was a really good price, and although I love the little tins that the Burts peppermint balm comes in, I know it's not the most hygienic and needed something to just throw in my purse.
Overall this was a great purchase. It was so inexpensive, and does an excellent job of moisturizing my lips. The texture is nice, and goes on your lips clear. Plus it has a nice minty feel and smell - not as authentic like the Burts Bees peppermint I'm used to, but still refreshing and soothing.
For the price and the way it keeps my lips moisturized, I will definitely purchase this again!

I received a sample packet of these in the "Fresh" scent, which is great because I hadn't planned on trying them anytime soon! It says it's enough for one load, but I could smell these through the packaging, and have issues with really strong scents sometimes, so I've just been using about a tablespoon or so for each load.
I can still really smell the scent on my laundry (after using way less than they recommend), and it's really nice. It's pretty much just a stronger version of the scent I get from the detergent and fabric softener, and it definitely lasts a few days longer.
I know some people are saying that they're a bit expensive, for how much you're supposed to use for each load. But I've been using alot less, and still getting great results, so I think these could be worth the price.
I don't think I would use these every time I do my laundry because the scent is pretty strong, but I definitely like them and recommend others to try them out! I'd like to try the other scent they have available as well, but the "Fresh" is probably what I would end up buying again for sure because it smells almost the exact same as my other laundry products.
