I got a deluxe sample of this mask, in a recent order I made from Sephora.ca.
I have had really good experiences with the few Boscia products I've tried and this one has some really good reviews, so I was excited to try it, and it didn't disappoint!
I followed to directions but only applied this to my chin and on/around my nose, where I get the most clogged pores. I made sure to apply the mask as thickly and evenly as possible (the black shade of this really helps in that respect). I let it sit for about 30 minutes, until it seemed completely dry, and then had no trouble peeling the mask off. There were some tiny little flecks left here and there, where the edges of the product had been, but they rinsed off easily.
When I peeled off the mask it didn't irritate my skin at all, and it definitely removed some unwanted things from my pores! It wasn't quite as effective as something like a Biore pore strip, but the effect was very similar.
I like the herbal scent of this mask, and it is definitely fun and easy to use. There is barely any rinsing to be done afterwards, and there's actually much less cleanup to do afterwards than with any other mask I've tried.
This is an expensive product, but Boscia usually has little kits for sale that include a mini version of this and other skincare products to try, and Sephora often has deluxe samples of it available with your purchase or for points.
It's definitely a fun product to use, and I like how easily it helps to cleanse my pores. It isn't a miracle mask, but it's definitely one of the better ones I've tried, and is worth recommending!

I buy a lot of Herbal Essences shampoos and conditioners, mainly because they have great scents to choose from and I can trust them to take care of my hair. I bought the Naked Moisture shampoo & conditioner recently, because I thought it would be refreshing for the summertime.
I really like the scent - it's slightly masculine, herbal and woodsy with a hint of mint. I love using it for the smell alone, and my bf likes it too.
With this particular Herbal Essences shampoo, my hair gets that squeaky clean feeling that I don't really like. I always condition my hair well but I have to be even more careful when using this product.
This is a very affordable shampoo that smells amazing, and cleanses really well. My only issue is that it doesn't leave my hair feeling moisturized, like it claims to. My shampoo needs to keep my hair feeling soft and easy to brush, and I have some issues with tangles and texture when using this without a good conditioner.
Apart from that, I really do like this Naked Moisture shampoo and would recommend it to others!

I received a free full-sized bottle of this product (after using a coupon Jergen's sent me). I don't usually buy Jergen's lotions so I didn't know what to expect, but I'm really happy with it.
This lotion smells nice - it has a sweet, typical type of shea butter scent that isn't overpowering.
The texture is really nice, and this feels like it dries down instantly on the skin. It gives skin a slight glow, (from the "Hydralucence blend") but it still feels and looks slightly matte. It's hard to describe, but I really like it. My usual body moisturizer feels much more greasy compared to this, and leaves a slight residue on my hands, but this one doesn't feel like anything. It still moisturizes very well, and my skin instantly looks and feels softer.
It was a toss up between this Shea Butter Moisturizer and the Aloe version, and I'm glad I chose this one! It costs a bit more than my regular lotion, but I'd be willing to pay more and buy this again in the future when I finish this bottle.

My review is for the I'm Real Red Wine Pore Care masks. It's meant to tighten skin and address enlarged pores.
I didn't notice a distinct fragrance when I applied this mask, but it did smell faintly like something (definitely not red wine, though). The mask is completely soaked with serum, but there's no mess or dripping, and it's easy to unfold and place on the skin.
It feels so relaxing and soothing to have this on your face, and it feels more comfortable than a mud mask. It slides around a little bit when you talk or move, but pretty much stays in place. After a half hour, I removed the cloth and let the remaining serum soak into my skin before going to bed. I didn't have to use moisturizer after, and in the morning my face felt and looked nice and smooth. It was hydrating as well - my face didn't feel tight or itchy, and there was no unusual redness or dryness.
My pores didn't look too different, but I definitely liked the way my skin felt and looked after using this. My favourite part of using this mask is how it makes me relax, and feel like I'm doing something special for myself.
I still have one Pore Care mask left to use, and am looking forward to it! I've read that some of the other masks have more of a fragrance so I would probably try another formula next time, but I did enjoy using the Red Wine Pore Care and would buy it again for sure.
I bought these at Sephora (2 for about $14 I think). Since buying them I've seen people mention getting them for much cheaper at other stores, which makes me wonder why I paid so much more. Regardless, I'm happy with these masks so far and would purchase them again at the same price if I had to.

I really want to like this product, but there are a couple of things that bother me about it. I am still going to use up the bottle that I have, (probably for my body though and not my face), and I still like Neutrogena products, but this particular one isn't for me personally.
My face can be sensitive to certain products and prone to breakouts, so I thought this would be a good product to try. I've liked Neutrogena's other facial sunscreens in the past (like the Ultra Sheer), but they can be a bit drying.
The first few days that I used this sunscreen, it worked well and I didn't have any irritation or breakouts. But the more I use it, the more it seems to feel uncomfortable on my face, and I definitely start to get more clogged pores than usual.
This sunscreen does not claim to be gentle, but it IS supposed to be non-comedogenic and non-acnegenic, as well as oil and fragrance free. I didn't realize at first, but the ingredients for this sunscreen include "cedrus atlantica bark extract" as well as "cinnamomum zeylanicum bark extract", which are cedar bark and cinnamon! Those are both ingredients that can be irritating to the skin, and it really makes me wonder why they are included in this product.
I do like the texture of this sunscreen - it dries pretty matte compared to others, and doesn't leave much of a white cast. I can use it on the rest of my body, but will definitely be careful of using too much, too often, and will not be buying this particular Neutrogena sunscreen again for myself. (I still love the Neutrogena Beach Defense, though!)

I received Coppertone Sunscreen Lotion Sensitive Skin Faces SPF 50 for free from Chick Advisor, in exchange for my review.
After using this for the past week and a bit, I am really impressed! My skin is sensitive to some products, and I try to treat it gently. Last month I bought a facial sunscreen from another brand that is supposed to be gentle and not cause any breakouts, but using it daily was starting to make my skin feel a bit dry, which always makes my breakouts worse.
Switching to Coppertone's Sensitive Skin Faces lotion, my skin feels much calmer and actually feels like it's more clear than before. I use it every morning before walking my dog, and it's kept my skin fully protected from the sun. I have freckles normally, that come out even more in the spring/summer, but
This sunscreen has no fragrance, dyes, oils or alcohol, and uses mainly zinc oxide for sun protection. It does have some chemical sunscreen ingredients as well, but it doesn't feel like other chemical sunscreens I've tried (like the one I just bought recently).
The zinc in this gives a noticeable white cast when applied to the skin, which isn't a problem for me because I usually wear a BB cream or foundation over top. I like it, because it helps me see where I've applied the sunscreen properly.
I wear moisturizer (and other serums/products) underneath this sunscreen, and as long as I wait in between applying products it works fine. It doesn't feel greasy or heavy, and any makeup I wear over top still looks normal.
Usually when I apply sunscreen, I can't wait to wipe off my hands to remove that feeling of residue. I don't have that issue with Coppertone's Sensitive Skin - there is a bit of a residue, but it doesn't feel weird like my Neutrogena one does.
This is truly an amazing sunscreen for the face. A lot of other ones claim to be gentle or not to cause acne, but they are still irritating. Coppertone's Sensitive Skin is actually gentle and still effective at protecting my skin.
Thank you to ChickAdvisor for providing me with another amazing product!! I will definitely continue to use this as my face sunscreen every day.

John Frieda hair serums are always a reliable go-to when I'm not sure what styling product to buy for my hair. I usually buy the regular Frizz Ease serum, but decided to try out the Extra Strength recently.
The texture of this one is slightly thicker than the regular, and you're meant to use it on soaking wet hair (the regular is used on towel-dried hair, I'm pretty sure).
This does a really good job, but it actually feels slightly lighter in my hair, and doesn't eliminate ALL the frizz like the regular one does. Maybe that's because it's used in damper hair, so the product is slightly thinned out and distributes more evenly.
It doesn't have much of a scent, and doesn't leave any residue at all. It's such an easy product to use, and it makes a huge difference on my hair. It really helps if I'm going to straighten my hair, and just makes it look more polished.
I really like this one, but will probably stick to the original formula next time, just because it seemed to smooth my hair a little bit more. The Extra Strength is a pretty awesome product though, and I would recommend it to others for sure.

I was so happy to receive this along with my Vichy Skin Sleep Repair Night Gel-Balm!! Idealia Life Serum Skin Idealizer is the perfect companion product for Skin Sleep and together they have really made me feel like my skin is even more beautiful. I don't think I have terrible skin, but I'm in my mid 20's and have started to show some effects of not always getting enough sleep, smoking and other things, and any extra help I can get from my skincare is definitely wanted!
With Skin Sleep, it's more of a night cream/treatment, but Idealia Life Serum can be used in the morning or night (it's actually recommended). Since the weather is warmer now, my skin doesn't always need quite so much product, so I have been using this in the mornings and Skin Sleep at night.
This serum has a really nice pink-gold shimmer to it - don't let it deter you if you're not into "shimmer" because it's very natural looking, and honestly just makes your skin look more glowy (you can't see any shimmer particles). The scent is the exact same as Skin Sleep, very pretty and definitely reminds me of green tea fragrances. It's soothing and relaxing, but still works for day and night, and doesn't overpower at all.
The texture of this is beautiful, but on my skin it takes a few moments to sink in. It isn't like Skin Sleep though - I love wearing this in the daytime, and it works perfectly under my sunscreen and makeup.
Idealia Life Serum seems to give my skin the same type of benefits that Skin Sleep does. My skin looks more plump and healthy - like I get a good sleep every day! The serum is also moisturizing – sometimes I just use it in place of my moisturizer, underneath sunscreen. It hasn’t changed my pores TOO much yet, although they are pretty visible on my nose to begin with. I really just love the way my skin has been looking lately, and it’s been ever since I started using this and Skin Sleep!
This hasn’t done much so far for my dark spots, but otherwise it’s pretty amazing and I am so glad I received it. I tried a deluxe sample of a VERY similar serum from Sephora recently, and I really liked it. I feel like that serum and this one both worked amazingly well on my skin, and again were very similar products. However, it didn’t have the fragrance this one does, or the rosy glow, and it's twice the price!
For what it claims to do, this product is great and well worth $59. I received it for free in exchange for my review, but I would definitely buy it with my own money in the future. I really can’t wait to see what my skin looks like after I’ve been using this and Skin Sleep for a few more months!

My skin sometimes shows some effects of smoking, poor sleep and a less than perfect diet, and I am in my 20’s. It doesn’t always look as vibrant and naturally “glowy” as I think it could, and I’m learning that getting a good sleep and taking proper care of myself really reflects in my skin. I can always use a little extra help, and this product does the job SO quickly!
Skin Sleep claims to recreate the effects of a good night’s sleep on your skin, and is safe for all skin types, even sensitive. It is “clinically proven on women who sleep poorly, regardless of age or skin type”. The first morning after using Skin Sleep my skin looked plumper and felt great. That was the biggest difference at first – it was very smooth and soft to the touch, and felt more soothed than usual. Sometimes I wake up and my face doesn’t feel as moisturized as it did when I went to bed, like my moisturizer has evaporated. But with Skin Sleep, the next morning my face feels much more hydrated and moisturized than the night before. This really does the job of a decent face mask, serum and moisturizer in one, delivering good stuff to your skin, (but you don’t have to rinse it off).
The texture is described as a gel-balm, which fits pretty well. It is rich, and seems thick but is very easy to apply and you don’t need very much at all. It melts a little bit in your hands, and as you pat it onto the skin, so a little bit does go a long way. It stays kind of tacky for a while after applying, but doesn’t feel uncomfortable or heavy. It is definitely meant for before bed though, or for maybe having a spa day at home (lol), because it does look shiny for a few hours, like there is product on the skin. By morning, though, (or several hours later) it has sunk in pretty completely, and my skin doesn’t look shiny anymore or have much residue from the product.
The fragrance (and packaging) are very pretty, and are part of what makes me feel glamourous and luxurious when I use this product. It not only makes me feel more beautiful, but it makes me smell pretty and it looks good on my vanity! I don’t necessarily smell green tea and jasmine at first, but after I’ve had Skin Sleep on for a while (sometimes as I’m falling asleep), I start to get hints of green tea for sure. Sometimes I like to put on a drop of perfume or something scented before bed to relax me, so I love that this has a pretty fragrance that I get whiffs of all night. It is a somewhat strong scent, but it doesn’t bother my nose at all and doesn’t seem to irritate my skin either, like some scented face products seem to.
My skin is prone to clogged pores, and can be very combination/sensitive, but this product hasn’t given me any issues. It hasn’t cleared up any breakouts that I’ve already had, either, but it does really help with dry spots. It also seems to have helped with redness a bit also, maybe because it is so nourishing.
This came with the Idealia Life Serum (which is also amazing), and they can be used together but for right now I prefer to use the Skin Sleep at night and the serum in the morning. I find that using both together can feel too heavy on my skin right now, and just doesn’t seem necessary while the weather is warm here. When it cools down again in the fall and my skin starts to get very dry, or if I need some extra hydration, I will definitely layer the serum and Skin Sleep at night.
Skin Sleep is truly the next best thing, if I’m not getting proper rest and taking the best care of myself. It isn’t a substitute for sleep or a good diet, but it is definitely an amazing treatment for the skin. It nourishes and hydrates, smooths and softens, and I just love using it. It gives my skin an extra bit of plumpness and radiance, and the results are literally overnight. It isn’t a miracle worker, but I would definitely pay $52 for another jar of it, even though it is a bit pricey. It feels luxurious to use, and we all need a product like that in our lives (especially if it actually works)! I will be recommending Skin Sleep to anyone I know who uses products on their face, and am so appreciative for getting the chance to try it! I will definitely be checking out more Vichy products in the future because of this.
I received this product for free in exchange for my review, courtesy of ChickAdvisor.

These are a nice iced coffee type drink, especially on hot days. I have tried the Vanilla, Mocha and Caramel, and they're all tasty but my favourite is definitely the Caramel. They each have a nice creamy coffee flavour, and are definitely sweet enough but don't taste overly sugary.
Each flavour is genuine and tastes pretty close to something you could get at Starbucks. It isn't QUITE as good as something you would buy fresh from a coffee shop, but these definitely hit the spot.
I think these would be even more delicious blended with ice, or at least poured into a glass of ice. As they are, though, they're very good!!
