My phone fell from the sofa and the screen protector got broken. Sasktel sales rep told me that there is a life time warranty on this product and can be replaced for free if anything happened. I wasn’t very happy when they asked me to pay 11.09 $...   +

My phone fell from the sofa and the screen protector got broken. Sasktel sales rep told me that there is a life time warranty on this product and can be replaced for free if anything happened. I wasn’t very happy when they asked me to pay 11.09 $ processing fees to get a replacement. The product is relatively expensive compared to other screen protectors in the market, yet they still want to charge 11.09 $ so I can get a replacement. I wish they have a bit of transparency when selling their product. I won’t pay the 11.09 $ and I will not buy their products ever again    -
