I like to keep them on hand for a snack or in my desk when I have no time to get lunch. I got them at the Dollar store, 6 packages for $1.25 can not be beat. I add an apple or some other fruit for a light lunch on the go. -

3M Nexcare water resistant adhesive tape. I picked this up for my husband who is suffering, now recovering, from Trigger finger. A friend recommended that taping up his finger would help with the pain. It has really helped. I know it works to hold on bandages, and this is what I usually used this adhesive tape for. Works like a charm. It is great to know that it can also be used on it own for trigger finger. I am sure it has more uses I have yet to discover. -
