After learning from my dentist that I have been slowly deteriorating the enamel on my teeth, I was only somewhat concerned. He then explained to me that enamel does not replace itself, once it is gone... It 's gone. I realized I had to pay attention and help my teeth as I love to smile, so I did. I regularly purchase Sensodyne Pronamel & will continue to do so. I knew it was working as my dentist noticed the difference. It really works! Also want to mention that I have several teeth that bother me due to hot and cold foods & drinks, and this product aids in tooth sensitivity, so it is an all around perfect product for me.
