We buy Ironkids Omega 3 gummies. It says on the bottle they are triple distilled pure source fish oil. No artificial colors or flavors. Guaranteed dairy, gluten and nut free. These are all important things to me. I have a child with allergies to gluten, dairy and nuts. My children were recommended to take omega 3's (DHA) due to a genetic eye disease in the family. I have tried numerous brands and my kids spit them out cause they taste awful. Ironkids is the only brand my kids enjoy the flavor and as a parent I feel are safe to give to my child.    -
